Fred was awesome. He contacted me quickly after requesting the service, told me his plans on how to address the issues, and went to work right away. I'd hire him again should the need arise.

They did a great job and I was able to run an errand and came back to a newly looked carpet.

FAST &GOOD NICE MAN FRED

My home had a very dirty carpet. The color was brown but a lot of area turned out to be black. Fred came on time and told me that the price will be a little bit high due to the situation. His updated quote was 450 but he gave me an discount for $425 at the end, My house is about 1700 sq ft. He worked from 9 to 3, he told he went through the dirty parts for at least 10 times. The carpet looked great at the time he finished the work. I waited a couple days for the carpet to be totally dry to write this review, because I knew the carpet look good when it's wet. I was satisfied with the dry carpet. I gave 5.0 for all the services, and 4.0 for the price only because I didn't expect the price to be that high, but for the situation of the carpet and the hours Fred worked on, he deserved the money.

Rainbow Carpet Cleaning was the first company to call and give me a quote within 1-2 seconds of requesting a quote. I talked with Fred, whom was so nice and explained his services thoroughly. He showed up on time on the date of service and was very professional. The carpets look great! I would definitely recommend Rainbow Carpet Cleaning to all of my friends.

First the min charge is $100 dollars and that's not what n the website ! I have had other services do more for $99. This was two small areas and frankly I expected based on the ad to spend only $60-$70 dollars. Disappointed in the advertising
