Very good, nice people, reliable and fair price.

I hired A and G Landscape to clean up and continue full service weekly maintenance on our home. It was rented out so we were not there. When we arrived in July of this year we saw that not only was the cleanup and removal of dead plants not done, but there were more dead plants, the yard - front and back - was overgrown - the property was not taken care of. I had to fire A and G Landscape and hire someone else to do the job. I would like to add photos but do not see how to do it.

Very Nice People would give a ten for customer service if I could. They will be recurring every week.

He showed up when he said he would for the quote as well as the day work began He was also kind enough to text before and after pix. When I did this online, I only found one contractor, and that was A&G Landscape. I called the company and set up an appointment with them about 7 weeks ago. He didn't show up for the appointment, and has not called or let me know what was happening. When I called him last night to ask if he was going to show up, he was so rude over the phone. He called the next day to ask for more payment. He had done some of the work, but he was demanding more money from us, which we refused to pay since he didn't show up on that Friday. My husband paid him 3 weeks ago, but he wanted a full month's payment for a 1/4 of the work that he did. I told him not to come back after he turned nasty over the phone. I just can't stand dealing with the stress because he was planning on raising the rates on us. He said he was doing us a favor by only wanting to charge us $100.00 monthly instead of the normal $125.00 he charges. I loved the work that he did, but he scared me, I just don't understand why his attitude changed nasty, I just can't afford to be charged more money for this since we have such a small yard.

Great Customer service. Alex is prompt, if your not quite satisfied and want specifically corrected, he does it and promptly. You can tell he is a hard worker and willing to satisfy his clients. Reasonable pricing.
