I just had three small projects done by Kenney Construction and I could not be happier. He was prompt, completed my projects within the estimated time as outlined in my contract and was very professional. I would highly recommend him and I intend to hire him again for other projects.

I was very pleased with the results and the service. Both Dave Kenney and his son were very dependable, always showed up when they said they would be there. The only thing I needed to do was pick out the tile and Dave took care of everything else. Would highly recommend Kenney Construction.

Kenney Construction was a life saver! We needed our store boarded up (large store) and Kenney Construction was quick, efficient, professional and put a well constructed protective wall up for my store! Thank you so much to him and his crew! Would definitely hire again!! 5 stars!

It was great. He did an awesome job and I've been using him for 10 years.

Went well, except for his temper tantrums. He corrected something that needed to be corrected that I wasn't satisfied with, but he pitched a fit about it. However, he did do a great job.

Amazing. Dave and Alon Kenney were on time every day, cleaned up at the end of the day and finished over a week early. The price was very reasonable and their workmanship is top notch. Very nice guys.

Very well! I found both Mr Kenney and his son, very professional and well skilled. I really appreciated thier design skills when replacing a partial wall with new tile - the current tile was not made anymore. I would definitely hire them again.

I highly recommend Dave Kenney and his son Alon. They did fabulous work on my bathroom remodel. The tile work turned out so much better than I envisioned. I choose Dave based on his reviews both on Angie's list and his personal web site along with the fact he and his son do all the work. They do not sub contract out anything. I felt they were trustworthy and gave them the key to my house. I posted pictures on Facebook throughout the remodel at the end I had several friends wanting to know who I used. You will be exceptionally pleased with work done by Dave and Alon.

He was very nice, fair, extremely responsive and knew what he was doing. We had no issues with him, however when we changed the scope of the project and it was no longer the small renovation we had originally planned, we decided to go another direction.

Kenny Construction was outstanding. They arrived on time every day and completed the remodel within the time frame stated. Price was as quoted. The owner of the company was at the job site every day and discussed all details of construction to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately, the company is booked through the end of the year. I did appreciate their responsiveness to my inquiry. And just for their courtesy of the response I am giving the an overall B rating.

Kenney Construction did a great job in every way. They were thorough, quick, careful, clean, and very nice to work with. We hired them for drywall repair and painting in our living room and dining room, where we had some very large cracks. They did a great job fixing the walls, which included the installation of plywood between the studs for more stability, then new drywall and texturing, and painting. They also moved our furniture back into position as it was before they started the drywall repairs, remounted the window blinds, and paid attention to detail throughout. Midway through the project we asked if they could also remove a dilapidated wooden trellis from our back patio, and they managed to fit it in right after they finished the drywall repair work. I highly recommend Kenney Construction.

We were very happy with the results of our bathroom remodel. Mr. Kenney and his son were very professional in all aspects of the project from the estimate to all of the finishing details including, demolition, plumbing, electrical work, flooring, tiling, window installation, and painting. There were no hidden costs and they kept us well informed as the project progressed. We would recommend their services to all.

Mr. Kenny provided the consultation service we requested. He is very professional, courteous and punctual. He showed up just on time. He was very nice to re-reschedule our appointment since our move to the property was delayed by a week.

They hung drywall on ceiling, textured it and painted. We liked the walls after they had finished and wanted them to do the ceiling in the garage.

I really like them. They were on time and they didn't go beyond their estimates. They completed everything very quickly once they gave me the starting date. They did a good work on the walls after they came back and do the ceilings.

Dave Kenney responded quickly to our request for a quote. He came to our house where we were able to go over all of the options and details of the project. His experience on such projects was quickly apparent. We received the written quote via email in less than 24 hours. By agreement, we rounded up most of the fixtures and hardware ourselves, which gave us the opportunity to pick out exactly what we wanted. When the day came to start the project (and every day thereafter), Dave and his son showed up right on the dot. His son proved to be quite adept at nearly every aspect of the job. As a team, they got things going very quickly. We were amazed at how thoroughly they cleaned the place up at the end of each work day. For the entire duration of the project, that bathroom was the tidiest room in the house. When the custom tile work began, Dave proved to know his craft well, and his son was already doing a very professional job of it himself. We couldn't help but take note of the attention to detail that they both demonstrated. The tiles weren't just slapped up randomly. Since each piece of porcelain tile was different, they carefully balanced the color, patterns, and grain to give the most appealing appearance. They did the same for every piece of trim, both on the shower and on the floor. To our delight they finished the job ahead of schedule. When we requested a couple of minor follow-up tweaks and adjustments in the days that followed, they showed up the same day and took care of them at no extra charge. It's possible we could have done better, but we really can't imagine how. When our next project comes along we'll save time by not having to shop around. We'll just call Kenney Construction.

I bought the deal from Angile's list for a free in home consultation for a bathroom remodeling. Mr. Kenny promptly responded to my request and accommodated a time that fit my schedule. He came and spend time to understand my need and answer all questions. I needed him to provide me a quote for addition of shower to a half bathroom. He provided me all possible option and within an hour sent me the quote to me by e-mail. He also provided me quote for other work we wanted in our Laundry room and other full bathroom. He was very punctual, professional and courteous. Unfortunately the quoted price was lot higher than our expectation, so currently we have postponed the job.

He predicted on the first day that it would be completed in a month, and he was right. This project was unique as the house construction is concrete brick and required some unique modifications to meet desired remodel goal as well as to stay within 'code'. A real plus was that he worked only with his son, Alon, no subs were used except for the very capable Ray Fernandez of Countertop Connection (Pacheco, CA). With the exception of the counter tops, Dave and his son were qualified and adept at managing all requirements of the job including electrical, plumbing, tile installation and more. Sorting out the daily challenges of how to accomplish these tasks in a house with many concrete bearing walls required some expertise and creativeness. A work space was set up at the beginning, and was kept neat and tidy at all times. Accumulated work debris was cleared and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are pleased that all went so well and that we can wholeheartedly recommend Kenney Construction!

Mr. Kenney and son arrived on time at 8 AM. He walked through all the work that was to be done and identified all the parts to be used. He gave us a ball park of how long it would take and an estimate. They then set about doing all the work and got it done in the allotted time. We have no complaints about the work.
