+ -1 moreDan Moodie came to our office to troubleshoot the issues we were having with our Polycom Video Conference System. He was able to come to the office and see us the same day that we contacted him. When he arrived he was well-groomed and professional. He was able to find the issue (a short in the wiring) and had us back up and running in less than an hour. He was courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem had been and what he had done to fix it. We will definitely be hiring him again the next time we have a problem.
Description of Work: Troubleshoot and repair the issues we were having with our Polycom Video Conference System. Wire clean up of all the tangled and mixed up cables connecting the system.
