They were excellent. They did landscaping on my rental property. They did some cleaning, re did the landscaping and now they are doing the maintenance job. The prices are reasonable and the quality of work they do is great. They are very customer service orientated and knowledgeable.

I was extremely impressed with the work completed. Alberto came with 2 men to go over the overall work. The two men worked for 3-4 hours (until about 6:30PM). They were very thorough, careful about getting debris in our pool. They were also very professional. Our neighbors were so impressed that they have asked for the contact information for this service. I had obtained a bid from another firm for roughly the same amount but it did not cover nearly the same amount of work. I was very impressed with the work ethic of this firm!

They come twice a month and are usually on time. They are very prompt and have very reasonable price.

He seemed uninterested in coming to see the potential project once he found out it was in Santa Cruz County. He was only interested in a "big" project. Since he had difficulty describing what he thought was a big project and had no interest in pursuing the matter, we ended the conversation.

I am very happy with IMS. Andrea and Alberto are both a pleasure to work with. Every task has been completed professionally with no mess left behind. After some bad experiences with other contractors who did not correctly estimate the job, show up on time, or and clean up after themselves, it was a real relief to find IMS. The first job we had them do was yard cleanup for our new house. Alberto came out and estimated the work. On the day the work was done, he came out and directed the workers and returned to check on their progress. Two extremely old, out-of-control lemon trees were trimmed to a classic rounded shape and the dead growth in the ferns and perennials surrounding the lawn was removed. The overgrown camelia was trimmed back to reveal the kitchen window and shaped. We have had them do lawn maintenance on both our new and old homes. In addition to mowing, the workers also clean up yard debris so the yard truly looks cared for. Finally, we had a sprinkler system and new sod installed. Alberto advised us on how to set up the sprinkler system so that we could provide the correct irrigation for a flower bed, a window box, and our lawn. After each job, all debris is neatly piled and ready for pickup by the weekly recycle program. I highly recommend IMS.

The work crew was supposed to show up first think in the morning, and didn't arrive until 4:30 in the afternoon. It was too late to even get started on the work, and they would have to return the next day. Since I took the day off from work, and ended up waiting all day for them, even after repeated calls to their office, I ended up canceling the job. I found someone else that was much more responsive and affordable.

I found them on Angie's List and we used them for about six or seven months. They are easy to get a hold of if there are any problems. They will come out right away. I would recommend them to other people.

I love them as they will do just about anything that you ask them to do. That is except for landscaping which is fine with me. They still take pretty good care of my yard. I pay them on a monthly plan which makes paying them a little less that way.

Alberto is a professional all the way. His team is very hard-working and they were able to meet a very strict deadline for us. He even returned free of charge after the job was complete to replace an area of sod that did not take. We would absolutely recommend their services to anyone.

Alberto is gracious and charming. It was a pleasure to work with his company. I needed the work to be completed almost immediately and he made sure it was done before my deadline. The quality of the work is excellent and the workers cleaned up well afterwards. His original estimate for the work is what I paid, even though a delivery truck refused to cross the wooden bridge to the property and all the materials had to be off-loaded and re-loaded onto a smaller truck to then be delivered to the work site - a tedious extra step for the crew.

THEY PEOPLE WHO COME BY EVERY WEEK ARE ALWAYS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DO A GOOD JOB OF CUTTING, TRIMMING, AND CLEANING UP. THEY DO A THOROUGH JOB AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK. I'VE USED THEM NOW FOR OVER 4 YEARS AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

They are a very good landscape company. They take care of my lawn on a regular basis. He responds when I need him to come to my house and he does a great job. He keeps my lawn looking beautiful. He is very professional and shows up like clockwork.
