+ 1 moreDan is that rare combination of trustworthy and friendliness that you hope for when hiring a contractor. He is really helpful and patient. I really can’t recommend him more enthusiastically. Last year, I bought an “As Is” mid century fixer in Silverlake. Every designer, vendor and contractor, I interviewed provided conflicting information and different opinions. I honestly wanted to re-list the house and be done with it. Thankfully, I got a referral for Dan. Dan gracefully walked me through all of my options and helped me come up with solutions that fit my budget and, most importantly, how we want to live in our new home. His sub-contractors are all deliver impeccable work on time and are incredibly respectful of our home. It’s been a blessing to have someone to trust during all of this renovation.
Description of Work: I am using Dan as the general contractor for my home mid-century home remodel. So far he and his team have begun work on a complete kitchen remodel, waterproofed the sides of my hillside home, updated my HVAC and offered insight and helped keep my architect on budget.
