R&M Handyman

We are now up to 5 contractors that we have had to hire to fix the work done by Ray. The message has always been the same *The guy who installed this had no idea what he is doing*. All on brand new appliances in a total home remodel. Wall heater, leaking sink, electrical issues, washing machine and more. Ray will apparently take on any job even if it is out of his depth, do a substandard job and now we are in a situation where we are having to hire a small army of qualified professionals to fix his work. Where is Ray on this? Initially he came and fixed issues (only to have it fall apart the very next day) and now he is offline and not responding. We are looking at our legal options for remedy- all a huge headache. If you want a qualified professional who will do the job correctly and then stand behind their work, we would recommend you avoid Ray and his team at all costs.

Originally hired one of the other handymen. No call, no show. Ray called me and came out the very next day. Completed the job in short time and was very professional. I will use him again.
