Rely on Rudy showed up early for the job and their skilled and energetic crew worked all day in a challenging environment to get the big job done. The team was very attentive to the special needs of my family and their cleanup activities at the conclusion were impressive.

Excellent. I cannot say enough good things about Rudy and his team. Rudy is the nicest, the best, he is trustworthy and fair. I can go on and on. We have been through several landscapers and trust me - RUDY IS THE ONE to go with. He is knowledgeable, honest, respectful and passionate about his work. He helped us pick the perfect trees for a giant hedge we planted and we love it! Rudy is just one of the greatest guys and we feel truly blessed to have found him.

We hired Rudy to do our landscaping and he is excellent. Very professional, timely, goes above and beyond and he is reasonable. I highly recommend Rudy.

Rudy was prompt when he came to give me an estimate. He's a nice guy and his price was reasonable. He came on May 1 to give the estimate and the plan was for the work to be done on May 13. He told me he'd be at my home at 9 AM. When he still hadn't arrived by 9:45, I called him and he apologized saying he forgot to call me, that he was tired and had overslept. I had to leave for work by 10:45 AM and he still hadn't arrived but he said he'd be there that day and get the work done. When I arrived home he was gone, the yard was done but there was no mulch. He texted me about 4 hours later to say he would put the mulch in on another day, which would be either the following Tuesday or Saturday. I didn't hear from him until a few days before Saturday that he'd be coming on Saturday. I wasn't going to be home so I kept my dogs in the house and, unfortunately, left him a check under a mat. When I came home there was mulch on most of my yard except an area that is fairly large. When I hadn't heard from him by the evening I texted him and he said there wasn't enough mulch to cover the whole yard. I wish that he had been the one to contact me to let me know. He said that he'd take care of it but I haven't heard from him since that Saturday, May 20. I think I was fooled by his business name, "Rely on Rudy" and his promptness to give me the estimate. I know I shouldn't have paid him until I was satisfied with the work, that was my error. He needs a new business card that says, "Rely on Rudy but not all the time"! I didn't want to write this because Rudy really is a nice guy but he definitely isn't reliable.

Excellently. Rudy and his crew did everything we asked within two days. His team is neat, clean and courteous. Rudy made sure that we were totally satisfied with his work and that our expectations were met [exceeded]. Rudy is prompt and courteous and he responds to phone calls and email messages in a timely fashion.

Rudy was able to fit me in to his busy schedule. He came over on a Sunday, trimmed trees of different sizes, some of which where hanging over my neighbors properties. His guys did a great job re-shaping trees, clearing dead branches, and cleaning up all areas (including neighbors properties) when done. He even hauled away and disposed of all tree debris. Plan to use him again for other landscaping needs. Reliable, honest and very fair pricing.

Rudy was very reasonable with the price of his gardening services, but consistently failed to satisfy my needs in communication, quality of work and responsiveness. He seemed very busy most of the time and was not interested in accommodating my needs as a homeowner. Frequently, it seemed as if no gardening was being done at all. Rudy quit unexpectedly and did not tell me he was quitting.

Rudy showed up on time with his guy's ready to go. He personally instructed his men to do the work. They were all very nice and introduced themselves. His son's were helping him and I like family run businesses. We discussed our needs, and the cost and we were off. No changes to the original quote, no new charges or requirements, and he brought plenty of help. These guys started right away, trimming, hedging, and cleaning. They filled a truck full of yard debris in no time. They cleaned up everywhere, including places I had not emphasized the need. They went above and beyond and were very respectfull of the property. In no time they had knocked out the job. I felt like they treated my house the way they would their own. Very thorough. I Would hire these guys again and again and plan to.

It's an ongoing project and things are moving along very well. Rudy always calls back, but he's not as prompt some times as you'd like, but he's a very nice guy and he is doing a fine job so far. He has got a very up personality and he's very good. You feel like he's part of the family.

Some rescheduling needed due to a vehicle break down. communication was good. Quality of work was good. Pleasure to with with.

Rudy replied right away when I called and scheduled a time on the weekend for him to come clear the front lot. He showed up on time as we agreed to and began work right away. He finished in a reasonable time and even did a little extra work around the front yard. He cleaned up after himself too. All in all he did a great job and for a good price. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to a friend. Rudy was very professional on the phone and in person; and has very helpful advice for his customers.

Don't trust the guy! He manipulated me and downplayed the realtor. While I was out of town he even rented the space out to people and I believe he was collecting rent.

Rudy did a great job but one of his guys filled my entire green can with dirt and I could not move, nor would Athens take it. So Rudy came back and dumped the dirt on the side of my property which was fine. I like Rudy's work, he just does not always respond when I text him.

Rudy has been fantastic, we called on him last month to begin yard maintenance twice a month - he has worked very hard to maintain our yard and it looks beautiful! Great, honest guy! He's been in the business for a long time so he was really familiar with the different types of plants, trees and grass - very knowledgeable!

Well, the very first time we employed Rudy at the beginning of Oct, services performed could've warranted an A+. He was responsive, professional and arrived on the first day with roughly 2 of his workers to clean up our yard (both front and back) thoroughly in a 2 hr span of time. Rudy and I had agreed to a 2x per month servicing at $30 each. Reasonable, right? And given his initial performance, we were thrilled. Second servicing in Oct never did happen until I texted Rudy about it. But, he personally came by to do a quick cleaning himself. Not as thorough, but still very acceptable. Before going further, let me put into perspective our property's maintenance requirements--it's relatively low in the realm of what yards may demand. We need sweeping up of some leaves and debris, occasional pruning of 2 small trees, pulling up of some of the weeds that force their way through our astroturf...and that's pretty much it. I would imagine that for any gardener, this job would be a dream--easy money, minimal effort! So, why is it that things have so soured between Rudy and myself and that I finally heard back (after a month of non-response) via text from him today regarding the future (or lack thereof) of our collaboration? Well, i have no answers, though I am in disbelief at his rudeness. During the month of November, I had noticed that his workers had stopped coming. I reached out to him on several occasions to see if his workers were just coming on a different day now, delaying our schedule for good reason, reducing servicing to just 1x a month for that month, etc. Crickets chirping. No response at all. I didn't want to bother him during the Thanksgiving weekend with this, so I texted him on Wed wishing him a happy TG with his family and informed him I would be checking back in to talk business afterwards. Which brings us to today. I called and left a message in the most professionally serious tone I've ever addressed him with. I was pretty fed up, but still willing to hear a (logical) explanation from him if there was one. In a nutshell, I talked about my inability to get ahold of him throughout November and his workers seemingly dropping off the face of this planet. I also called him out on his lack of professionalism in managing it all and requested he finally call me back to let me know if I should continue to expect a working relationship with him. Within minutes, I get a curt text that saying he no longer wants to do business and would like me to never call or text him again. Well. At least I know where we stand. But...what on earth, right?
So a word to those considering this man to handle your yard needs--BEWARE. He may be all smiles and nice in the beginning and even do a great job 1-2x, but as you can see from my experience, Rudy lacks the reliability and communication to be a true professional and leaves a lot to be desired.

I can't tell you how many gardeners we have had.. We have a large property and it does take a lot of work but no matter how much money we paid, the service was bad. we would have to pay to have the new gardeners to clean up before they started to garden, really a bad scene.
Well, in comes Rudy and his crew. He had to clean up after the other gardener but pointed out what was wrong as we walked around. He comes with a smile and his crew is friendly also. He had done so much more , without us even asking, than the other gardeners, it is amazing.
We have gotten comments from our friends about how good our place looks. When I pull up in the car, I often just look at the grounds for a while, it is so pleasing to the eyes. All thanks to Rudy.and his crew.
Yes I would truly recommend him, he is a gem.

Rudy is a very nice man to work with, however the quality of work provided by his maintenance crew definitely leaves something to be desired. When Rudy was present, which was about once a month, the crew worked diligently and we were very happy with the results. However, when the crew came without Rudy, smaller plants were often stepped on, and branches were broken from shrubs.
I was very specific during the initial walk through with Rudy. As I do have allergy and respiratory problems, I insisted that no blowers could be used, which we both agreed upon. I realize that this restriction places a time burden upon the crew, so was clear that I did not mind paying a premium for the maintenance service.
I also was very clear that I wanted to maintain a certain natural look to the landscaping, so only wanted hand pruning, no unnatural shaping of trees or shrubs with power tools.
Everything did proceed according to our agreement for the first few weeks, but Rudy stopped showing up after a while, and his crew became more lax to the point where I began to see a lot of damaged plants.
I called Rudy three times, left voice messages, and have not heard from him in the past three weeks. His crew has also been a no show for that same amount of time.
I am not angry, just very disappointed. I truly expected more from Rudy as he appeared to be a conscientous provider. I repeatedly told Rudy I was willng to pay more for his services, so long as the work was completed in the manner I wanted.
