I hired this guy, I asked if he poke and understood English, he said yes. well not quite. cant return a call or text cant show up ever on time or same day. RUINED MY LAWN. I HADTO SPEND 500$ IN SEED TO GROW IT BACK AND TOPPER AND DO IT MYSELF, BROKE 3 WINDOWS AT MY HOUSE, NO OFFER TO REPAIR BROKE AND DAMAGED STATUARY DID NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE. WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO HAUL STUFF WHEN I HAVE GREEN DUMPSTERS .JUST STAYS ON HIS PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. DOES NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. BUTCHERED MY FRONT ARBOR WHEN I ASKED HIM TO TRIM THE SIDE HEDGE???????? ENGLISH PLEASE. MISSING TWO BICYCLES ALSO. ALSO CUT MY HOSE IN HALF WITH WEED WACKER. DID NT REPLACE DO NOT HIRE

Frank responded to my request in minutes. We discussed what I needed him to do. He came to my house to see the scope of the job. He called me after his visit. His crew came today finished the job he sent pictures . My wife and I came home together and could not believe how everything looked. 100 percent . Best job compared to the other services we tried.

Because the business is very busy, it may take a while to hear back when leaving messages but they are very cooperative thereafter.

I originally hired Frankie's Gardening for a one time clean up of the yard at a triplex I own. There was a lot of old leafs and debris from the previous owners. Frankie is very personable and he and his crew were very professional. They arrived right on time, and did an excellent job. They were so good, and I was so impressed by Frankie and his professionalism that I hired them to do the weekly landscape maintenance on the property. Since then the yard, and gardens have never looked better. I highly recommend!
