Tony was very nice and his daughter was great on the telephone. It was very busy because the movers were late and Tony was installing when the movers were here but he didn't understand my directions to give me 2 phone jacks in my office. He installed 1 phone jack. I called him back and he said that I had 2 phone lines. He just didn't get it. I had to have Verizon install the 2nd line and pay twice. I just don't believe that Tony could understand what I was talking about. Customer service was excellent. Thanks.

After replacing my old fan with a new ceiling fan and remote control,the electrician had to make 3 trips on different days to make my ceiling fan work properly. And charged me for a new remote control.

I was more than pleased with him. He came out the next day, was very prompt and courteous. He did excellent work, had to go under the house but didn't charge extra and he cleaned up the very small amount of mess with a vacuum cleaner he brought himself.. He did all this in less than an hour. I would enthusiastically recommend him.
