The workers need to be more careful when dragging the cut branches through the yard and out to the truck. Some plants were damaged/trampled and a light was broken.

I wanted someone who knew what they were doing to properly trim my overgrown avocado tree. The owner was knowledgeable and extremely prompt in giving a fair estimate. The workers did a fine job.

They were on time. I was satisfied with their work. They did a good job cleaning the remnants that fell from the trees. This was my second time using their service and use them again if needed.

Abel, the owner, came out within four hours of my calling to set up an appointment to give me a very fair written quote for my project. I received a few quotes, even from my own gardener, and his was the best and I sensed he knew what he was doing. His team was efficient and when I suggested some ideas on how to grind the stumps in a very small area, they conferred with Abel by phone and got the job done completely. The only reason I didn t give all five stars is when I wrote the check after the job was completed to give to the project manager, he told me that Abel told him my project was $200 more than my written quote. I showed him my written quote from Abel and he called him to discuss the quote and then accepted my check. I feel the project cost communication should ve been handled in advance so the client doesn t feel confused and upset with last minute cost variances. That being said, I would hire them again for any project but I would make sure that Abel has a hard copy of my quote in order to communicate better with his project managers so that wouldn t happen again.
