Abel came out right away to give me an estimate on trimming my trees. I really enjoyed the conversation that I had with Abel as I learned personal aspects of his life and just a great conversation and the work was top-notch although if I would have had more time I would have negotiated the price but I was really backed into a corner, but it was worth it.

Richard gave me the bid, and he was very thorough in telling me what services would be provided. However, he was not present when some work was done, and work we discussed being done was not conveyed to the crew doing the work. There were about three weeks between him giving the bid and me hiring Discount Tree Care to do the work. Iwish I had paid closer attention to what the workers were doing. For example, in one instance a bush and a tree had grown together. I told him on the day of the estimate that I would let him know later which one I wanted removed. The tree was removed before I told him I had decided to remove the bush and leave the tree. No one asked me which one I had chosen. I had asked originally that some bushes along the fence be trimmed in a way that would retain the privacy between my neighbor and myself. They were trimmed in a way that my neighbor and I can wave to each other whenever I go on my patio; not what either one of us wanted. I had to print a copy of the original estimate which roughly described the work to be done, because the crew did not have one. Nice people, but I wish I had been more vigilant before things were cut which should not have been cut. And conversely, some plants which should have been trimmed were not. I would hire them again but would keep a closer watch.

Tgg HT e father came out and gave me the estimate. The don came out with a crew and was nice to them, fluent in both Spanish and English, and extremely courteous to me.

Same day estimate and service Six techs arrived and each knew and performed his job in an outstanding manner. Great job!!

Polite and speedy. So so wonderful. They did an awesome, awesome job so quickly, and the trees they trimmed are huge! Highly recommend.

The workers worked hard and did good job

They were professional and did a great job. They did not come out when promised which is why I only gave them 4 stars. I hired them to come out in the morning and they finally showed up at 2:30pm. They did very nice work though.

Good price & fast service & good clean up

Spoke to them yesterday and sent them photos of my palms and trees. These guys showed up this morning as promised with a full crew did an amazing job in a short amount of time ( from what I am used to). Also, moved a tree for me that was not in the plan but made sense. Having 8 40 feet palms I will say I have never had anyone trim them so quick, nicely and reasonable pricing like theirs. Each of the workers was exceptionally kind and professional. I will use them and refer them !

Excellent value for price. Job completed as promised. Trees thinned out and nicely shaped. Quickly and thoroughly cleaned up tree bedding, ground cut branches and left no debris behind.

I hired a company with Arborist in their title because they are supposed to be very knowledgeable in this business. I had to coach the workers on a lot of the job instead of them knowing how to proceed. Towards the end, when I came to check it, I realized there was a lot of work that was not completed. Such as thinning out the interior of the tree as I had asked them to do. After expressing my displeasure with Abel, who I assume is the boss, he never followed up with me to come inspect the job as he agreed to do. Very unprofessional.

Arrived on time, they were very courteous and did a very good job. Very helpful, cleaned up the mess in my yard and the neighbors yard. Good customer service.
