Abel and crew were all very professional. I appreciated the written estimate for the job. They worked quicklyto take down a large jacaranda without any damage to the surrounding folliage and cleaned the area afterward. I will use them again for future projects.

Very prompt with responding to my request. Within an hour of contacting them they were at my house and cutting down the palm trees. Great job grinding the stump. My only complaint is that since the trees were so close to my house, the chain saw sprayed oil all over the siding.

They were quick to reach out to me and showed up for an estimate the same day. Listened carefully to my request and gave me a reasonable price. The team showed up and made quick work of trimming a large tree, removing a large sapling, and cleaning the yard of unwanted saplings and weeds. All was done in an hour and a half. They were efficient, friendly, and professional.

I had a wonderful experience with Discount Tree Care Arborist Inc. I had a huge palm tree removed and everyone was very nice and timely. The job was completed the in less than 3 hours. Abel called me within 30 minutes of my leaving my info on your site. He was very courteous when he arrived less than a hour and listened to what I wanted done. One of the best things I liked about him was he talked to me even when he received a phone call. The customer in front of him had all his attention. The guys that did the work on our trees did a great job and cleaned up everything. I would certainly recommend them.

Great Customer Service. Abel and his crew were amazing palm tree and bushes were removed by one crew followed by disposal and finally stump grinding from a different crew. Total job was complete in about 2 hours. Yard looks great.

It was more than great until payment. The guys were friendly. The work was quick, thorough and organized. They were punctual too. We are super happy about that. Thank you so much!! The nightmare comes in AFTER the work was completed and when we were ready to pay. The office was close by and an office person was supposed to come to our place to pick the check up on January 14. she never showed up. We reset the time the following morning and she no- showed again. This person reschefuled for the night me same day to no-show. For these three occasions, i had to make arrangements to stay home. We sent the check to the office instead because we couldn't deal with this any more. This was January 16 and on February 8, she says she had not received the check. I had to pay a 25 dollar fee to cancel the check and write a new one. She finally came to pick it up on February 9. We were very frustrated and angry. It is really sad as the work itself was very professional and efficient but the office does not represent likewise.
