Clean Up Service

Wow, my condo has never been so clean. Veronica called within minutes of my submitting the request, set up the initial meeting and gave me an estimate. Her crew came the next week and did a very thorough cleaning. I plan on having them come every 2 weeks. Hopefully, the great service continues.

Our appointment was at 4 PM. I think the workers were tired by the time they left. I would want an earlier appointment. People were friendly and mostly thorough.

WHILE I WAS HAPPY FOR THE MOST PART WITH THE GIRLS WORK, I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE WATER MARKS ON MY LAMINATE FLOORING AND AREAS OF TILE FLOORS WERE NOT CLEAN. MY BIGGEST DISSAPOINTMENT WAS WITH THE SCHEDULING, CHANGING OF THE SCHEDULE WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A CARE AS TO MY HAVING TO JUGGLE MY PLANS TO MAKE SURE MY DOG WAS OUT OF THE HOUSE AND WAY OF YOUR WORKERS. I HAD TO SIT IN THE PARK IN 100 DEGREE HEAT FOR AN HOUR UNTIL THE DOWNSTAIRS ROOM WAS FINISHED SO I COULD GET HER BACK HOME.

3 ladies, just under an hour, looks really good. But they didn't ask if we were satisfied, they were just done. Fortunately it was done very well. Nice and shiny and clean, even the ceiling fan. I also probably should have checked before saying goodbye. I'll hire them again =)

Crew was on time, friendly and very thorough. I look forward to using them on a regular basis. They were done with the cleaning quickly and did a great job.

Veronica called immeditly to help me, and came over right away to do a estimate. The ladies she sent were very good at cleaning.

I think they did an okay job. They missed dusting the top of the door jambs which I hadn't noticed until the next day. Is it a must to do a white glove test?

The first time they came in to clean, they were fantastic! Now when they come in to clean, they are a little lazy about how they work. I think it's great that they work as a crew because then they aren't here that long. I love the fact that they give back to the community by cleaning for cancer patients that are undergoing treatment. That is a big plus as I'm a cancer survivor!

Veronica is very profesional, punctual, resonable and sweet. Her crew did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Veronica was very prompt in her response and efficient in her estimate. The crew she sent to deep clean my home did a very wonderful and thorough job. They were a tad late, but I would hire them again in a heart-beat.
