Karre would not let me speak to anyone. She kept repeating, we charge you $39.95 when you bring it in for an estimate and approximately $70.00 an hour. Since Karre kept telling me how qualified they were with HP printers, I wanted to speak to a technician to ask a specific question so I could evaluate my investing time and money to take my printer to this company. Karre said the technician would tell me the same thing she did. I asked to speak to the owner, Karre indicated he was not in and didn't offer to assist me in speaking to him. As Karre continued to talk over me, I finally gave up and said good bye. I would not use this company.

I bought two toner cartridges for my laser jet color printer. Their prices were better than another office supply store.

They did the repair in a timely manner. They did a good job at good price.

They are very honest. They will tell you if it will be cheaper to buy something new rather than repair an old machine, or on the other hand, if it would be cheaper to repair something than buy something new. They are extremely thorough when looking at the machines that need repair in order to tell us the best solution each time. They also sells new products so they have saved me a lot of money with their honesty. That is what really stands out to me and keeps me coming back.

We wanted to fix an HP printer. They warned us it probably wouldn't be fixable but we wanted to give it a try. The technician was very competent but HP didn't make the replacement part. He spent the next 6 weeks combing other repair shops for a replacement part (at no additional cost) but it was hopeless. "A" for Lomita Business Machines, "F" for HP.

Diagnosed and called me with cost the day I took it in. Repaired by 10am the next day. The machine works fine. The people were friendly and professional. Overall a very good experience.

I have and still use and an electric typewriter. It is not easy to find someone who still does typewriter repairs, Lomita Business Machines was not too far from my office. I dropped of the typewriter was told approx cost and got a call with the week that it was ready to be picked up. It works, it was cleaned and I am happy.
