They are very honest. They will tell you if it will be cheaper to buy something new rather than repair an old machine, or on the other hand, if it would be cheaper to repair something than buy something new. They are extremely thorough when looking at the machines that need repair in order to tell us the best solution each time. They also sells new products so they have saved me a lot of money with their honesty. That is what really stands out to me and keeps me coming back.

I have and still use and an electric typewriter. It is not easy to find someone who still does typewriter repairs, Lomita Business Machines was not too far from my office. I dropped of the typewriter was told approx cost and got a call with the week that it was ready to be picked up. It works, it was cleaned and I am happy.
