Great job by Louis & his team.

Louis and his team did a great job. Louis came out and discussed our cleaning requirements and went over in detail what his team would do for the deep clean as well as the regular cleaning every 2 weeks. He got us on the schedule quickly and Louis and the team did a great job for the deep clean for a very reasonable price. They went above and beyond. We expect that they will continue to provide this great level of service for our future regular cleanings.

Fantastic work. Professional, friendly and great communication. After being locked down during the pandemic we needed a good scrub from top to bottom. Louise and his team came out (masks on) for a deep first time clean and my house is sparkling! We’ve hired OCFMS for bi-weekly repeat service. I’m very pleased, excellent crew and excellent service. OC Family Maids Services was punctual, respectful, and did an excellent job overall. Luis and his cleaning team took care of all my window blinds and cleaned all my windows (both inside and outside) with care and precision. Luis even stayed much later than expected to make sure each of my window blinds were scrubbed and cleaned by hand. I was extremely pleased with the final product and have already recommended this buisiness to my neighbor. I am now considering hiring them to come back and clean the inside of my home!

I hired OC Family cleaning services to clean an empty house before my family moved in. After a little trouble communicating and getting a quote, arrangements were made. They came when they said they would and did a very thorough job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms plus the floors. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would use them again.

The crew that came out were very thorough and did a very good job. I did ask that my trash and recyclables bin be left alone because cleaners have this habit of taking the trash with them. Sure enough, the recyclables were dumped in with some office trash and were going to be taken away. The city where I live has a good recycling program, so I want to avail of those services for which I pay and do my best to be environmentally conscientious. All in all, the did a very nice job.
