Great service. Spotless clean

The actual cleaning service was fantastic! However, getting to that point was strenuous. We made an appointment to meet to evaluate the home they were over an hour late to the appointment, which when you are waiting in an empty house is very annoying. We agreed on a price and time for the deep cleaning of the move out. The appointment date, the cleaners were 2 1/2 hours late to the appointment time, again, empty house, waiting, I did call they said they were running a bit behind - however, 2 1/2 hours! The price was on the upper end of the agreed amount (expected-isn't always?) However, the young couple who cleaned the house did a superb job and I tipped very well, bc they said they had no control over their schedule and did not have a time that they were expected at my job. I think that the management needs some help in time management as well as follow through. They also said that the Manager would come and get the cleaners started and make sure they understood the deep cleaning that was needed on the move out - she never showed up.

Fabulous. The only issue I had was the kitchen floor was not as clean as I wanted. Master closet was not dusted and under bed was not cleaned. Behind big screen TV was not dusted. These are deep cleaning issues. I did pay for a deep clean.I will definitely have them come every 2 weeks. Very impressed.

Hired twice within a short timeframe as they did such a great job, I had them do work in a different area. Very professional, very responsive, and extremely dedicated to doing a great job!! I had a wonderful experience with European Touch Housecleaning and would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!

A supervisor came to my home and reviewed the job expectations with me and provided the cost for the job. She also so came with the maids the day of the job and introduced them to me and gave a tour and discussed what needed to accomplished. The workers were very polite and thorough..

I have used them once so far and will definitely schedule another service. Wonderful job cleaning and super friendly, courteous team. They endured a howling dog, two cats, and interruptions from my curious son. They are awesome!

Responded quickly, gave an estimate and service the same day. Added carpet and tile cleaning which were excellent. Would recommend/use again.

They responded quickly to a last minute request, I called at 3 PM on a Friday,and they sent a 3 person crew on Saturday morning. The crew was friendly, They spoke English. They were pleasant, and efficient . I would hire them again .
