I gave the company a B on Overall Experience and Quality because what I wanted done most was dust. "Dust everything" was what I told the supervisor when she brought the cleaning crew over. Dusting was very hit and miss I realized after they left. When I mentioned this in a phone call, the supervisor was very dismissive of my comment. What they did clean was done well, quickly and orderly. The windows were done later in the day by a very pleasant young man. He did a great job, even though he was working in the dark part of the time. The first invoice for "Initial cleaning and windows" was $150.00 and left by the cleaning crew. I was called a few days later to pay for the window cleaning, an additional $95.00. That was a little confusing. My husband made the appointment, so I wasn't clear about the estimated cost. I would try them again because there might have been some confusion as to what I should expect and they were punctual and professional. They also worked around our schedule problems.

I would give them B's on price and quality but an A overall.

I am very satisfied with the service, it allows my wife to recover from her injuries and free my time to focus on other tasks. Very glad I hired this company.

Called them on Tuesday to get an estimate on cleaning our house. Antoinette arrived to do the estimate exactly at the appointed the time and was very friendly and professional. We hired them, and on short notice they came on Thursday. We love that they... Showed up exactly on time Were a 3 person team, who did the work quickly, exactly within the timeframe that was promised Looked, sounded, and acted professionally Each "crew" has a bilingual supervisor...no awkward moments of trying to explain things in broken Spanish and sign language :) Did a great job cleaning the house Used environmentally friendly, non-noxious cleaners, so the house was sparkling clean but with no lingering cleaning fumes. Are insured and bonded, should there be any accidents, etc J's Maintenance came recommended by various sources and they proved why with their excellent, friendly service.
