I had already signed a contract with Home Depot and paid in full, then thought maybe I should try again to see if there is someone who could fix them. I sent 2 pictures to Henry, he said he could fix them and 6 days later Chris fixed 4 (panels) in under 40 minutes and saved me 2/3 the cost of all new shutters. A high five to them both!! I cancelled the contract with Home Depot and pocketed $600-$750!!
