Called and Henry came out the next day. He arrived right on time and repaired my shutter like new In five minutes.

Even though the measurement were done over the phone they came out right. Very quick service and it looks great

Called Henry yesterday. He came on time this morning with the missing tilt bar and fixed my shutter in one visit. He also put staples on the other shutters. Highly recommend.

Henry did a great job

It took 15 minutes to do the repair, all it took was using plastic insert. Was not worth $384. I will not use them again.

Henry was great to work with. He was always quick to respond by phone or text when arranging the appointment and to discuss various aspects of the job beforehand. He arrrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and got right to work. Henry called me in several times to inspect the work in progress, and was happy to give some extra attention to a couple of problem areas I noticed. He clearly wanted to do a good job and leave with a happy customer. I feel that the price was fair considering how far he had to travel.

Henry did a fantastic job—fixed my shutter problems in less than an hour. Thanks to his expertise, the job wasn’t as big as I thought it would be. I will call him again if repairs are needed in the future.

Chris Kifaya called before coming, arrived on the scheduled time and and had my broken shutters repaired very quickly. I was completely satisfied and would call them again if I needed another repair. I highly recommended Chris, as he was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

He was very nice and his work seems good. I gave him a low rating because I think he is very expensive for the amount of work he did and he showed up almost an hour early. To be fair, he did call to announce his arrival, but seemed to have no awareness that arriving way ahead of the scheduled appointment can be just as inconvenient as showing up too late.

Quality of work was great, did everything that was asked and provided some additional pointers for continued upkeep/maintenance. Customer service was great, technician showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. Completed everything in about an hour. Can’t ask for much more, thanks to a job well done.

I received a call back from the owner of the company within minutes and he was polite, knowledgeable and able to give me a quote for replacing and installing my broken shutters over the phone. He sent his son to my home that afternoon to take measurements and 10 days later my shutters were installed. When scheduling a time for the installation, his son texted to let me know he was on the way and showed up exactly when he said he would. Excellent service and pricing!

I had tried many times to repair shutter brads. One by one they kept falling out. Sometimes it just takes a person who has learned the process and practiced it, to come in and make it all work out right. Very pleased. Henry called right away to set appointment. Parker was on time, fast, very pleasant, and most importantly did the work just as I wanted.
