No sooner than 10 minutes after my request (Friday evening) I received a call back and then a follow up call from the actual Technician (Henry). Henry was a very friendly guy who arranged a meet at 10:30am the next day. True to his word he showed up on time (actually a bit earlier) and was able to fix all of my shutters to a 'as new' state. I was extremely pleased with him and he charged me a price that was very reasonable. I would for recommend him to ANY one wishing to have their shutters fixed.
