I got a call back the same day, scheduled the appointment for the next morning. Henry Golden arrived on time, fixed the broken shutters, and was done in 20 minutes. He did an top notch job. He really is a PRO. I would recommend him to anyone that needs broken shutters repaired.

Henry was great. He came to our home on a Sunday morning and put up with our little dogs following him around as he tended to small repairs to our wooden shutters. The repairs (only one day old at this writing) seem to be just what we needed. The only reason that I gave 3.5 stars for the "Value for Money" was that because of the distance that Henry had to travel the service call charge was fairly high - given the amount of time he spent in our home (about 12 minutes). On the other hand, Henry was the only person to get back to me about our small repairs and so I decided it was worthwhile.

If you need your shutters repaired, or fixed, Henry is your guy. I would highly recommend him! I tried to fix these things myself, but I just made things worse. We had several shutters that were missing as well as many that had staples missing and not connected to the tilt rod. Henry came in replaced the missing slats and reconnected everything. He even fixed the other broken staples throughout the house. At completion, the shutters look new again! And everything was done at a very affordable price!! If you need those plantation shutters repaired I would highly recommend Henry!

What a great company! Honest, helpful, and serves the customer You don't find folks like this anymore. I chatted with Henry on the phone and described the problem with my shutters. He told me he could come fix them for over $100, but then suggested that my issue was simple enough that I might want give it a try myself first. He even supplied detailed instructions over the phone. He was right; I was able to do the repair on my own. But next time, when it's more complicated, I won't hesitate to call or recommend him. Great experience.
