They did an excellent job. Very professional and excellent customer service. The pre-appointment contact was great and delivered on all agreements. They were actually early and called ahead of time. The spa removal was quick and cleanup and power washing the patio was amazing. The team was informative and very professional and friendly. Much thanks to Anne and Lando excellent job and wonderful customer service. I would recommend without hesitation!

Spa Removers arrived on time, walked the job site with me, answered all questions, explained their process. They then removed an 8' x 12' spa from our backyard, even though the only access was along one side of our home with about 32" clearance. They worked quickly, carefully, and VERY professionally. From the time they arrived at our home until the time they finished (including thorough cleaning of the work area) it took only about 40 minutes. IMPRESSIVE! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I will heartily recommend them to everyone I know.

Lando and his crew removed a spa and a wooden deck from my backyard. The spa was old and gross, and the wood was covering the entire backyard (I have a small backyard). The old heating equipment was removed, electrical and gas was capped, and the area was disassembled and power washed when they were done. I would definitely use them again. I emailed photos to the company to get an estimate, but the owner, Lando, wanted to come check it out. I wanted a quote for multiple things, so I understand him wanting to survey it first. After the quotes, I decided what I wanted and a week later the spa and deck were removed. Service was prompt, Lando called 30 minutes before getting there, and the area was cleaned before they left. Great service.

These folks know what they are doing. They have all the right tools and equipment to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They were 30 minutes late but they had called previously and told me they were going to be a little late. Not a problem. When they arrived Lando reviewed the situation with me, confirmed everything that needed to be done and re-confirmed the quoted cost to remove my spa. Then they went right to work cutting my old spa in half and loading it on their trailer. They then proceeded to clean up their mess and power wash the patio.

Three men arrived exactly at 8:00 A.M. as scheduled and went right to work. Two men worked at cutting the spa in two sections with an electric saw while another began cutting off the pipes and removing the filter, heater and other spa equipment. These guys have this type of work down to a science. Entire removal took about an hour. They all cleaned up after the removal and power washed the concrete. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company. You can't go wrong!!

This service went smoothly. My initial contact was by email with Anne, who arranged the appointment and estimate from the information I provided. She emailed me the day before with a detailed description and instructions and promptly answered any questions I had. When Lando and his team arrived, he walked me through everything that would be done. He was very personable and even reminded me to call and have the spa taken off my homeowners insurance! The team efficiently detached the electrical cable, removed my spa and pressure washed the area. All-in-all a very professional service! Just a note on the reviews who put a lower rating for the price...Got Junk quoted me a $100 dollars more and they only would have hauled the spa away.

As a birthday present for my daughter, I offered to have the old unused spa in her yard removed. I found Spa Removers on Angies's List. It went very well from first contact all the way through the actual removal. Anna was very responsive and accomodating regarding the scheduling and was always in contact with us. Lando was actually early but called ahead to make sure someone was home. They were in and out in no time at all and also pressure washed the area.

We bought a house that had an old jacuzzi in the back and wanted to get rid of it. Lando and his 2 men came out and took care of it quickly and cleanly. They specialize in this and know their business well. Lando capped off the electrical and advised me on another unrelated issue. I cannot recommend them highly enough, it is great to see a business run so well.

Don't go to anyone else! From setting the appointment to the removal, this was the very best of experiences. I honestly cannot say enough about this company. You WILL NOT regret it!

Spa Removers did a wonderful job. There was excellent communication beginning with Anne in the office, through the day of removal of the hot tub with Lando. Lando and the crew were extremely efficient and professional. We were very pleased. Lando charged us LESS than the estimate since the job was not as complicated as originally discussed. I believe this was very honest and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

They did the job quickly and efficiently with no damage to our landscaping. I would have liked a firm quote before they arrived. Instead they gave me a base quote and said there might be extras for cutting up the spa and for difficult driveway access. Everything worked out OK though and I thought they were very fair and reasonable. Definitely the way to go if you don't want any hassle.

This was an awesome company to deal with beginning with Anne in the office to Lando and his crew the day of the actual job. They showed up on time and completed the work professionally and efficiently in less that an hour. The price was less then quoted. I am very pleased with their work and results and highly recommend them. I especially appreciated the care that they gave my yard when removing the spa.

Arrived on time, completed work efficiently in about two hours. The owner and two others did the work. The price was within the quote of $300 to $500.

Lando and his team arrived promptly and got right to work removing our old spa. The surrounding deck was cut up and removed, the spa drained and hauled away, electrical disconnected, and the concrete patio underneath was thoroughly pressure-washed. They were done in less than three hours and you can barely tell the spa was ever there. We did have some pressure treated lumber that they were unable to haul away due to landfill restrictions, but were up-front and honest about this prior to starting work. Also, because they work throughout California they lump their jobs together, which will limit your scheduling options. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend their services to anyone with a spa or deck that needs to be removed.

Excellent! I was very pleased. They came on schedule to remove a hot tub from my deck. I had to be away, so they were on their own. Everything was done right and there was no damage to the deck or any debris from the spa.

Everyone I dealt with at Spa Removers was terrific. Anne ended all of her emails with "Looking forward to providing you with excellent service and a spa-free home," and I could tell that she meant it. On the day of the removal, I spoke with Lando several times and each time he called he began our conversation with, "Is this a convenient time for you to talk?" What a refreshingly considerate question! Once at our home, Lando and his team were fast and efficient, and left the area in which they worked neat and tidy. All and all, the service I received from Spa Removers was exemplary, the price they charged was more than fair, and I feel great knowing I was able to support such a well intentioned and hardworking small business.

We called Lando and provided him with the specs of our spa and he quoted us a price. After deciding to go with Spa Removers we set a date shortly after. Lando and his crew arrived on time and explained the entire process to us. They worked for a couple of hours and then cleaned the area. He also patched a hole where the electrical power for the spa was. They hauled away the spa and the area was very clean. Lando was great to work with from start to finish and he has great prices.

Anne, Lando and the crew were awesome. Communication via email was great with timely replies. No worries of being ignored at all. Appointment date/time was set and performed in a timely manner. Lando and the team removed our spa in less than an hour. They worked efficient and quick. We are greatly satisfied. Would definitely recommend them!

Spa Removers were good. I thought they were pretty reasonably priced. They were thorough and good at clean up and they explained what they were going to do in advance.

When we first made the appt, the company e-mailed detailing all that they were going to do for us, then the day prior to our appointment they e-mailed us again, confirming the work to be done and to let us know the time frame that Lando and his crew would arrive and that Lando would call a 1/2 hour ahead of their arrival, which he did. They were prompt, professional and got everything done within 1/2 hour. Our patio doesn't even look like we had a spa there for over 8 years. My husband and I are extremely pleased and can't say enough about the excellent service we received.
