Description of Work: They checked for plumbing leaks. There were no leaks, but my water pressure was too high, so I agreed to pay for a pressure regulator to be installed. My upstairs toilet used to surge due to the high pressure in the water line. After they installed the pressure regulator the surge problem went away. They also replaced the flexible water lines to the water heater. There was weak spot on one of the lines that had the potential to be a source for a water leak. I am satisfied with the work they did.

Description of Work: We had a suspected slab leak. They arrived as expected and did the troubleshooting. With a minimal amount of cut drywall, they found the problem and did the repairs. Pricing seemed a bit high but I don't care as the insurance covered all of it. |We will have to get a whole-house repipe utilizing PEX tubing in the future. As good as they are, the pricing quoted was ~$3k higher than others. All in all, I do recommend them as the work is very good.

Description of Work: After about 8 hours,... they fixed my broken shower valve but, the replacement was put on backwards! They said they would fix the problem but, it would take time! They asked if we could just live with turning the valve to hot when we needed cold? I said yes because I didn't want to wait another 8 hours! Too long and too expensive for a replaced valve!

Description of Work: We could hear a leak under the kitchen sink. Called and within an hour Gary gave me a day and time the leak detecting team could be out. They showed up within the time range and went right to work checking for the leak. Took a while to find it since we have an addition and that's plumbed separately. Once located, Gary showed up and confirmed it, gave me options and prices. We were lucky they could go the easiest route and sleeve the pipe so we only had a few small holes to repair. Total time was less than 4 hours. They cleaned up really well. He also gave us advice on other things that need to be done and gave us estimates but didn't push. We already have planned for replacement of all the faucets so that will solve most of them. I would definitely use him again.

I had a few other problems and he said he would give me an estimate but I could tell he did not want to do the work. No estimate came.
