Hi Angie's list members, my name is Gary. I'm friendly, easy to talk to and willing to help solve all your plumbing problems. I answer the phone 95% of the time and I'm reachable from 7:00 am through 9:30 pm, 7 days a week. I will personally see to it that you get the quality services you deserve and expect. If you are not totally satisfied with our work you don't owe me a dime till I put it right or your money back, guaranteed. Please note free estimates available where time permits between 8-am to 5pm ...mon thru fri - services available beyond these times may incur fees ( diagnostic and trouble shooting fees may apply to some jobs you will always be notified in advance prior to commencement of service and charges this can happen at the job site or during initial appointment booking .In order to serve you better & keep appt times when ever I cannot personally be there I have well trained techs to do the jobs I cannot personally be there to do for you , we also network with other contractors to cater to specialized plumbing/drainage services that are incidental to plumbing but may require special equipment and manpower .Please be aware while we try to answer all questions prior to a service visit this business description edit is neither a contract or the full service terms and conditions .All prices given over the phone are deemed price guides or guesstimates only .If you recieve a free estimate at job sites which generally means a visual look over ( and does not involve use of tools or special equipment or crawling into attic spaces or under buildings) the the estimate is FREE.

Description of Work: Overpriced - Definitely a "bate and switch" service. I mentioned we were selling our home so immediately the plumber was in the "inspector" mode and started listing numerous items. He offered a "buy 3 get a discount" deal but I declined. One item he insisted would be an inspection item was never mentioned by the buyer's home inspector (who was very thorough). Be careful - do your homework and be sure to get 3-4 estimates before hiring.

If u thought you were bait and switched you would not have bought any services. So you decided to buy what you thought were valuable services ($620)and declined the NOT so valuable services.Its your perogative to get another opinion if you think ours is wrong.Our current A rating speaks for itself.We perform hundreds of plumbing inspections and yes I'm way better qualified to spot current and potential plumbing issues than any home inspector you may have employed to give you a whole house overview ,if you want brain surgery go to a neurosurgeon not a family doctor.Next time do a review based on what you actually received not some un substanciated, frivolous claim about bait and switch.

Description of Work: Install whole house water treatment and conditioning system, replaced water pressure regulator, replace outdoor hose bibb, and general household inspection. The job went well with the exception of difficulty locating the main water line to tap into, and the difficulty of working with the soil (clay) that the house is built on. Other than that it is a nice high tech solution to the hard water that is supplied in So. Orange County.

Tech (Gary) arrived on time. While conduction the flush of the water heater, he found two fittings that were at risk of failure due to corrosion and replaced them after I confirmed the additional cost. Work was professional and timely. I have used this company twice and would use them again.

Upon noticing a huge puddle of water on our dining room floor, and water dripping from the ceiling vent above, we immediately called FlowMaster to come investigate the leak. Gary came out the same day spent a great deal of time thoroughly investigating every possible source of the leak. He investigated the sink, toilet, bath and shower. He stayed while our 14 year old son took a long shower to see what would happen under normal use of the facilities. After thorough inspection, he ultimately determined that the source of our water leak was not plumbing. We had just had a strong rain shower that morning, with a great deal of wind. Gary was able to determine the leak was confined to the vent system and was due to windswept rain. Of course, we have had no further issues with the leak---and feel comforted that Gary was able to assure us the source was an usual coincidence of weather. Gary was prompt, professional, patient and courteous. He explained what he was doing and took the time to be very thorough in order to assure us our home was safe. He was incredibly neat in his work and left our home just as he found it (minus the pool of water). Gary will be the only plumber we ever call for all our plumbing needs. Don't hesitate to call him. You will be absolutely satisfied with his work and, like us, will never want to have any plumber but him do work in your home.

I joined Angie's List recently after one of my friends who's also on Angie's List told me about a plumber she had used Gary at Flowmaster plumbing. I'm glad I called him because his complete service was professional.
Description of Work: Gary came out on time as agreed and looked the job over ,we wanted an ice maker filter he explained the options. Gary was cooperative friendly and helpful and did a nice job.we were looking to spend $500 or more but this system works great. Thanks Gary.
