GARYS PLUMBING( REPIPE SPECIALIST)

Mr Gary arrived on time. Very quickly we realized that the $89 we spent were mainly for him to come and tell us all the issues with our plumbing. He did not tune the toilets because he claimed that the flushing unit on all 3 toilets had to be replaced. He did not clean the drain because he was not willing to get around the AC unit in the backyard. He did not adjust the pressure regulator since it was old and he did not want the liability but he was more than happy to replace it. He spent about 15 mins in total cleaning our self cleaning shower heads, starting the water heater drain and fixing one leaky outside spigot. He spent most of his time writing up a long list of plumbing issues. A total of $1700 worth of work. We are disappointed. Mr Gary talks a good game but we feel cheated and disappointed for flushing our $89 down the drain.

Gary was very responsive to my phone calls and conducted himself as a real professional. He identified a leak in my toilet and corrected it. I decided to replace the water heater, which he arranged quickly and installed himself, correcting some of the installation errors that my previous plumber had made on my old water heater. I especially appreciated how thoroughly he explained what he was doing and why. I will certainly consider using him in the future for any plumbing needs that may arise.

Gary arrived on time, preformed promised services, made recommended repairs without pressure or more tactics, made future recommendations and answered all questions. Good overall experience.

Gary was very friendly, honest, and efficient. He offered great suggestions for fixture fixes. He was on time and easy to work with.

He called and said he was running an half hour late. When he got here he checked all the toilets and faucets, two toilets needed parts.

Gary came out to check and service water heater. He inspected all house plumbing found a leak I was unaware of and pointed out issues I new existed. He repaired items quickly and efficiently. He even did a couple of minor things at no charge.

Gary spent a lot of time repairing all of my plumbing problems and explained everything to me very well. I am so pleased with him and his work.

Gary came out on time for the initial estimate. Was very professional and detailed with what the problem was and options to fix. He was on time for the entire repair process and stuck to the proposed estimated time to complete the repair, even with the holiday weekend coming up. Old cast iron pipe was removed and new ABS line was installed. Work was completed in 2 days. He kept me in the loop the entire time and arranged the repair so we had a working bathroom right away. He was the only plumber (4 estimates) who gave me a few options and even asked if I wanted his opinion on a few things. He will be the first person I call should future plumbing issues arise.

Besides flushing the hot water heater, a couple of other plumbing problems were found and repaired. The work was performed quickly and I was very pleased with the results. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

Gary handles more of the Orange County area and Moses handles the San Fernando/Santa Clarita area. They were a bit slow at returning my calls and emails but more then made up for it with there service. They are extremely busy but are worth the wait. Since it took some time to come out and flush the water heater, Moses repaired a toilet and unclogged a sink at no charge to make up for the delay in coming to my home. It's nice to have a business take accountability for their business. I will definately use them again.

I contacted Moses Plumbing to troubleshoot and correct a faulty gas water heater. Company owner tole me he could perform the service that same day, and I would be his last appointment of the day. However, he got delayed at another job and called at about 8:00 PM to advise that he had to postpone until the following day. He arrived the following afternoon as promised, identified the problem with my water heater, and replaced the thermocouple. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend Moses Plumbing!

Fast. Took less than two hours.

House is 100 years old with a raised foundation. I made a phone call to Moses Plumbing to tell them about a leak behind the refrigerator. Gary said he would call me back in 5 minutes AND HE DID! He arrived 15 minutes later! Gary is wonderful to work with. He is professional and examines everything even if the work would not be done by his company. When looking at the toilet problem he located a broken pipe under the house. This needed to be cleaned up and sanitized before going further with the toilet. He also noted that some of the pipes, under the house, were being held together by tape and the floor in the bathroom was sunk by the toilet. GOES THE EXTRA MILE: 1. Wrapped up the copper piping and told us were to go in Santa Ana to get $ for it. He's honest. He could have taken it for himself and I wouldn't have known the difference. My son was thrilled about getting some $. 2. Called a company he knows that could give me a free estimate on cleaning, sanitizing, and drying up the mess under the house. I was surprised when this company showed up within 2 hours. How nice it was that I did not have to make the call.

What started with a water heater flush became a list of other plumbing needs. Gary was awesome. He gave me a quote prior to doing all the work so there weren't any surprises. I had purchased a bathroom sink to install and once we took it out of the box, it had to be returned due to poor craftsmanship. Gary was very understanding and came back as soon as we got a new one. Would recommend Gary to others.

Explained in detail what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. Performed repairs, ran into problems, but found workarounds.

Gary was on time. Worked diligently throughout day - did troubleshooting and repairs.

Went well, Once arrived technician revealed situation had all materials he needed kept me informed on what he did and made recommendations for future.

This is nothing more than draining your water heater and refilling. Along with an up sale approach trying to get you to buy other services. Simply draining your water heater will not remove the hard water deposits. Save your money and open the value yourself if you must, but this will not clean out your water heater.

He arrived on time after confirming the appointment that morning. He was totally efficient and performed everything as ordered. Gave us some excellent feedback on water pressure issues. All around excellent service.

Gary arrived when he said he would and promptly went to work. He did some of the work on one day and the other work was completed on Saturday since that was incidental to the original call and he needed to get parts. The work was completed and no mess was left. He was very clean and did not waste any time. He answered any question I had and I had several. I would use him again.

Once he determined what needed to be done he did the job fast and well. He was also nice enough to cover a hot pipe that could potentially be dangerous to my children and put an extension on the air conditioning. pipe without extra charge.
