They did a very good job. They worked for couple days repairing little things. They were very helpful, and everything went well. The price was very good, and the service was very good. We will definitely use them in the future.

The team was very easy to work with, did exactly what we requested and completed in a very timely manner. No issues and will definitely use in the future.

It worked out well with Moses Plumbing. I like that he was very informative and he did tell us everything that he was doing and I didn't feel like I was getting hoodwinks or anything. I don't have any comparison for the price.

Moses Plumbing (Gary) is exactly why I signed up at Angies. Gary own's his business, he's experienced and good at what he does, he cares about his business, and he cares about his customers. I had no problem contacting Gary. He offered to come later in the evening but I wasn't in any hurry so we agreed on Saturday morning 9-10. Gary called around 9:30 and showed up around 9:50. He explained everything, got the work done, and left me happy. I'll use Moses Plumbing again and recommend him to anybody.

This was really hard to review because my average rating should have been C -- A for Gary, F for Moses. I purchased a Big Deal ($89 for Toilet Tune-Up, Water-Heater Flush, and more). 11/20/13 Called to make my appt. I was told by Gary that I needed to contact Moses. I called Moses and he said that he would call me back in the next couple of days to set up my appointment. I did not get a return call. 12/2/13 I called Moses again. He gave no apology for not calling me back, but set up my appt for 12/6 between 8-9a. He told me the job would take about 30 minutes, which only gave me the impression that I was going to receive superficial service. 12/6/13 Moses was a no show. I waited until 10:20a before finally calling to let him know that I could no longer wait. I received no call throughout the day and I called again at 6:49p and left a message. A few minutes later, I called Gary and told him that I was just giving him a 'heads-up' that I was going to post a negative review of their company on Angie's List and ask for a refund on my deal. Gary said that, although he normally covers the Orange County area while Moses covers the northern area, he would be willing to come and do my job if I wanted. Since all the reviews I had read about the company praised Gary, I agreed. 12/8/13 Moses called me. Again, no apology for being a no show and for not contacting me sooner. All he said was that he hadn't forgotten about me (really? And, how was I supposed to know this?) and that he could come to my house right then. He was actually a bit pushy about wanting to do the job because he was available then, but I told him I wasn't home and I wanted to have Gary do the job. 12/19/13 Gary arrived as scheduled (actually, a bit early). Besides, the items on my deal, I showed him several other plumbing issues to get quotes for repair. He pointed out other items that should be fixed (ie. extend water heater pipe into laundry tub) and gave explanations/descriptions of all work. Gary was very professional, efficient, pleasant AND apologetic for my experience with Moses. I've had no complaints with all the work done. If you can get Gary to do your work, use Moses Plumbing! If you have to use Moses, don't bother. Oh, one other thing, which was a bit of a disappointment. They don't take credit cards (although Gary was possibly going to set up Pay Pal)! I use credit cards for various rewards (air, hotel, etc.), so spending that much money and not be able to put it on a credit card was a real bummer.

excellent service all around. Hired to correct problems left by other plumbers, and Gary did an excellent job on that. Also fixed the floor under the toilet, installed a new toilet, and later replaced the hot water heater. For that job, he negotiated for a new one under warrantee (I'm pretty sure if I had attempted this, the manufacturer would have refused) and fixed a few other things along the way. This was service above and beyond what I expected. I felt in good hands with Gary and would certainly use him again.

When we called, we were quoted a price on the phone - which included everything. Other plumbers we called would not quote us anything - other than their trip charge. The price was just as we were quoted. Gary also did a few extras under the sink which included securing a pipe with brackets that would help raise it a bit and replaced a piece of piping. He did this on this own just to ensure we wouldn't have problems with no additional charge. We then had Gary look at a problem toilet while he was here and he took care of that as well.

I was impressed that the serviceman arrived on-time & completed the function professionally. Not only they were on time but did it cleanly.

Easy to schedule, Gary arrived on time, thoroughly investigated the clog, cleared it, tested several times and provided a very professional, reasonably priced service. I am very pleased that I consulted Angie's List and was able to read all the reviews.

Great. Very helpful in an old home.

Good communication. Came when scheduled. Could not unclog the first time so had to come back with a different rooter, which did the trick, but took more than a week and got charged more.

Gary explained the work and quoted a price. He stayed later because he found some corrosion on the hot water heater. Everything was fixed perfectly.

Gary & Eric arrived on time and were friendly & professional in doing the work.

He proceeds to locate the proleg, and announces there might be a mold issue, so he starts pounding a hole in my wall. At the time calls a restoration company; without my permission to give me a quote to repair any mold problem. This is an area oa 13" x 24". The restoration company tells me I need asbestos company to come out, at a price of $300-600.00. Plus the restoration company wanted $1600.00 to repair drywall, and paint and treat mold. Plus Moses technician goes upstairs in my house without asking to compile a list do other plumbing items needed for repair. After they left I scheduled a different person to check out all the mold,asbestos issues they referred to, and found the problems did not exist. They were all working together in billing for extra work not needed.

I am very satisfied with Gary's service and professionalism. He not only fixed my plumbing problems, but offered several helpful hints about things I could do to extend the life of my plumbing system and Jacuzzi tub.

Gary took out old water heater. The old water heater was plugged with sediment, but he was able to come up with a solution to finally get the heater to drain so that it could be removed. While installing new water heater, he secured heater firmly to the walls with earthquake straps, and he replaced shut off valve and improved and secured vent flashing. Gary was very thorough and did an excellent job .

The work was more extensive than I had imagined with all of the fittings that Gary had to sodder. As before Gary's work was very thorough and excellent. He is always willing to explain his work.

Gary was extremely courteous, professional and thorough. He was very attentive to details and was willing to explain to me what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work and actually did set up another date to have some work done.

Had a seond slab leak at the house. First one was in 2008, the plumber (RSM plumbing) time cost about $2500 for about 5ft of pipe. Way too expensive. So looked for a better plumber this time. Gary first came with a slab leak detecter, Phil who marked the pipe routes, then made sure it was only one leak not anywhere else. $150 Then, he came the next morning with his assistant Eric and cap and test the malfunctioning pipes. Had to cut 3 holes in drywall, in inconspicous places. Did a very thorough job took about 3 hours. ($285) and then bypass pipe for about 50 ft in the garage and office. Took almost a whole day from 8:30am - 4:40pm. Great job, cleaned up after themselves. Very knowledgable and punctual, very patient in explaining everything. Gary was here pretty much here, the whole time lending his expertise with his assistant. Very much appreciated his hand on attention. He also did a whole house inspection to recommend future plumbing fixes.
