Gary arrived on time. He was thorough and professional and cleared my clogged drain in about 20 minutes for the $99 agreed price. He explained what he was doing as he proceeded. I was very satisfied with the service.

Part of the deal was supposed to be to adjust two toilets. I showed him one toilet that was kind of lugging after the flush and he fixed it, part of it was supposed to be a flush on my heater. I want my water heater and he looked at it and said that he couldn't do it because the handle or the spout, I don't know the current term for it, was starting to have some decay. He touched it, if he caused it to leak, he gave me an estimate to replace that which was maybe $300-$400 and I chose not to do that because I like to get a couple of estimated before I get something done because of that he wasn't able to complete that service. He fixed the sink and he didn't really attempt to fix the toilet which was part of the service. He knows what needs to be done; they have good technical knowledge of what needs to be fixed. I might use him again.

Gary was great. He answered his phone on Sunday. Showed up when he said he would and his rates were reasonable. I would highly recommend his services and will use him again.

It was fairly routine work, but it was done very professionally. People were on time and they cleaned up after themselves.

I have used Moses (Gary A) twice now and have been very pleased with his work and responsiveness.

It was okay. I wouldn't say it was great, but it was kind of those typical specials where you get something and the next thing you know there is those other things they are telling you about. I didn't expect anything different really. Some of the things were trying to do with being on the safe side as opposed to the down side type of thing. It turned out okay, like I said it is like taking your car for an oil change and the next thing you know you are spending $350. They were professional.

Gary was Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and performed quality work. I recommend him and would use his services again.

I have to be honest. I did not expect to spend $340 to remove a clog in bathroom drain. Especially since Angie's list states $99. Evidently it costs extra to remove toilet to snake pipe. Did not expect that. As the last time this happened, that plumber worked through the shower drain. Dan also tried to use camera to check line. but camera did not work. That was just as well as beyond cost to use cameras, I think $175, there was also an extra $200 for the strange reason that we might use someone else to clean out pipe later. I felt overwhelmed by all the things Dan mentioned. Going through pipe in roof with camera. That our pressure was too high And that might cause a flood. That we needed water softener as hard water causing problems. My drain is clean but I feel uncomfortable about this company!!!!!!!

Moses was punctual, came on a Saturday as this was a bit of an emergency. He resolved the problem without doing more than we could afford. We are confident the problem is fixed. He is professional and knowledgable. He is friendly and took the time to explain all options. We will ask him to come again if we ever have the need.

He asked me to request a refund because he had a plumber quit and he is too booked up to handle my business.

The installer is very friendly and professional. He replaced the toilet with care. After the job is done, he made sure all the trashes are out and took the old toilet to outside. When I was asking him to check on my drain. He checked it and gave me some recommendation. excellent job.

I had a toilet that would move around on the travertine floor so I called a different A-rated Angie's List company to come fix the problem. The plumber seemed like the job was over his head and his price was $550-$650 to fix it, even though he didn't seem to know how to do it. I decided to try someone else, after paying $55 for the toilet mount to NOT be fixed. I called Moses Plumbing and talked to Gary Alberici. He asked me to take photos of the broken toilet flange and send them to him. I did and he let me know that he could fix it for $375. On Friday, March 7, 2014, he came out with his helper, Dan, and made the repairs to the flange, and got the toilet firmly bolted down. I was relieved that Gary knew what he needed to do and did it, after the first plumber out made me think it was a terrible problem that could be very hard to solve. While he was there, Gary noticed corrosion on some valves under the sink in the bathroom and suggested they be replaced before they leaked. I asked him to check the other valves in the house. He found three more valves and flex lines he suggested be replaced. I also asked him about changing an upstairs toilet because it clogged easily and seemed very old. He told me he could fix some corroded parts in the toilet, namely the fill valve, the flapper, the handle and chain, remove the water saving device, and change the unreliable shut off valve. It would cost $267, included remounting the toilet. Gary and Dan came back out on Tuesday March 11, 2014, to do the other repairs over about four hours. When Gary took the upstairs toilet off the floor, he found another bad installation job, on top of the travertine. The toilet was mounted on two wax rings instead of raising the flange up to the proper height. To fix this flaw it cost another $250. I felt like Gary knew his trade and would be doing a good job, unlike the first plumber who came out and gave me zero confidence in his ability to solve the toilet mounting problem. Gary and Dan were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am a satisfied customer and will call Gary again when I need a plumber.

He did a great Job and was real good about communicating the problem. He was really nice to my 84 year old Mother as well. I will call him again for sure.

I’m currently having my bathroom remodeled by a different contractor. After a second surprise extra repair in the thousands, I decided to call Moses plumping to receive a bid on a repair job. They arrived at the time scheduled. After a chat about the multiple issues my copper piping that my 45 year old house has been having over the past year, I was given advice by Moses plumping to take a different route. Their solution ended up saving me money and was the best option for my home. I truly appreciate having a company come in and give me great advice. They seem like a company that cares more about their customers than their financial bottom line.

Called them yesterday and they responded within 2 hours. The work they done was very good.

I purchased a coupon for a toilet tune-up, but I never received the service as Moses Plumbing never called me back to schedule even after I left multiple messages.

They did a very good job. They worked for couple days repairing little things. They were very helpful, and everything went well. The price was very good, and the service was very good. We will definitely use them in the future.
