He gave me a quote for the repairs for over $1,200.00. I found someone that did everything but reseat the toilet because it did not need to be reseated. He was also late getting to the appointment. He was very nice but the prices were just too high.

Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 3 hours. They were honest and knowledgeable. They were professional and I had no problem scheduling their service.

I purchased the deal and immediately received a request to schedule, which I did. I received a confirmation of my first requested day, which was yesterday. The plumber arrived within his window of noon-3PM, albeit at the tail end. He performed the toilet tune-up, which only consisted of looking at it and running a dye test. He gave me a quote for the actual repair, which was not covered by the Big Deal. The quote was $125, but if I purchased that day, he would do it for $75, however, he could not guarantee that would fix the problem of the toilet taking about 3 minutes to fill up; only that that was the first step. He did drain the water heater, which was very appreciated. He spent most of the time preparing a quote for the plumbing work he found that required attention. This is a rental, so I could not authorize any of the work to be done (about $1000). Although I was glad to have the water heater flushed, I basically was unhappy with the service, but I did not communicate that to the technician (at least not in words). However, the owner called me a few hours later and suggested I did not understand the Big Deal and he was willing to give me a refund. I had not requested this, but am proceeding with the refund process, as I do appreciate his offer. It is this type of integrity that keeps me coming back to Angie's List. I would recommend Moses Plumbing because of their obvious dedication to customer satisfaction. (I still don't understand what a toilet tune-up is!)

The inspection was great. They gave us a bid to repair everything they found in the inspection and that was really high but the inspection was good. I would use them again for an inspection.

Gary showed up promptly, made inspections exactly as coupon indicated. His recommendations were spot on. Our 25 year old plumbing problems were due to corrosion and needed fixing.

Gary and Luis did a fabulous job replacing the worn out parts and also identified another potential problem. The leak started on Sunday and we were so pleased that they made a point to come out Monday morning to fix. We were without water plus Thanksgiving plans were in place. After the work was completed, they did an excellent clean up job. This company is very professional and we highly recommend their business.

I purchased a Deal, which I understood covered the replacement of the faucet. The plumber, Luis, performed the inspection and flushed the water heater, but said he did not have the parts with him to replace the faucet. He also said that my type of faucet was not covered by the Deal, and quoted me an additional amount to replace it. I contacted the owner, Gary, who was very concerned with making me happy. He promptly sent the plumber back out to replace the faucet at no additional cost. I went from dissatisfied to happy, hence my A rating. Just wish it was done on the first visit.

This was the second time I've used Gary for plumbing work and both experiences have been very positive. He does great work, is easy to schedule and follows through on what he sets out to do. Definitely recommended.

Went well. I am an engineer and tend to overbuild and want to polish out the little details. Gary worked with my requests and we ended up with a clean install that is protected above the requirements. Gary stays busy and sometimes runs a bit late, but he got our projects done and was good to work with.

Water filter was excellent as was the pressure relief valve. the re-caulk had room for improvement

Gary was awesome! He called to let me know he was running a few minutes late, and then arrived quickly after his call! He was courteous and very meticulous about being careful in my home. He checked all of my faucets and toilets and associated plumbing. He also checked my hose bibs outside and replaced a washer for me on one of them. He drained my water heater as well, and made sure that the valve worked properly, which did require a bit of work! He found that the metal pipe below my kitchen sink was almost rusted through! He cut the old pipe out and replaced it with a better type of pipe that can be more easily maintained. Had he not done the thorough exam that he did, I could have easily had a lot of water damage to my home! He also cleaned out the line going to the dishwasher, which was apparently clogged up with food! He gave me advice about how to maintain my toilets, sinks and garbage disposal. He was a lovely man who did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Toilet upstairs still not working properly. They failed to flush the water heater because he stated it was over 10 years old and needed replacing. He then proceeded to try and sell me a new one.

Gary was very professional and complete with his work. I could tell he took pride in his job and wanted everything done right. No shortcuts like all other plumbers I've used. He was also very clean, with my house and with his own equipment, which was nice to see. While his helper was finishing up the job, Gary went around my house and did a general plumbing check up at no extra charge. While the overall cost wasn't cheap compared to other plumbers I've used, the quality of work was noticeably higher. You get what you pay for, which is a lesson I keep struggling to learn. I definitely recommend Mose's Plumbing.

I purchased the voucher with the idea that a tune-up would involve minor fix. The plumber arrived and proceeded to check all faucets for problems to see what could be fixed. He advised that the cost of fixing our issue would be $220. The owner of the company called that night to issue a refund due to the fact that I was expecting an actual fix from the voucher. I went to Home Depot that night and found an easy fix for $10.

Moses Plumbing completed toilet inspections (3 toilets), they performed a water heater flush of my pool house. They completed a full plumbing inspection and recommended additional work needed. Arrived the following day to complete a pressure regulator for the entire property, replaced faulty water shut on/off valves (3 total). Very pleased with their work and will definitely recommend and use in the future. Moses Plumbing has now become my "go to" company for all my plumbing needs.

He contacted me within the two days as specified on Angie's List. We scheduled the appointment for his servcies. He was on time and very professional, however, I misunderstood the Big Deal and thought it was for whole house plumbing issues. He was very nice and advised that I contact Angie's List for my refund. I would recommend him to others.

We were very pleased with the service and the great job. They were on time. We were advised all along of the work that was being done. They also did an awesome clean up job. Gary even went over to our neighbor's home to show her how to read her pressure gauge. We highly recommend this company. They were very professional.

They were professional and punctual. The found the leaking pipe and replaced it. The price they quoted me was for a copper pipe, but they did not use copper and used regular PVC. They would not reduce or adjust the price and they did not give a good reason for using the cheaper material. I was not informed they would use the cheaper material until the job was done and everything finished. The price was already too high, but they didn't even use copper as promised and the source of the leak still exists. They said they could come back to fix the problem at an additional fee of $150/hour!

I highly recommend Moses plumbing. and ask for Gary!!!!

Gary was amazing. I would recommend them for all my plumbing needs.

They spent some time finding the leak (it turned out to be in the slab) and figuring out ways to repair it. Bottom line is they figured out a way to do it that bypassed the slab. They needed to cut into 2 walls to do it. It took 2 guys about 8 hours to get it done. It was expensive, but they showed up and got it done. We had a neighbor that developed a leak the next day, and we recommended Moses to them.

I really liked Gary. He explained everything very clearly. I plan to make him my regular plumber.

Arrived on time, called before arriving, very professional. Worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up after himself. Job went very smoothly.

I did not like him very much. He did not do the work because he was not interested. I would not use him again. He told me what parts to get but he did not fix it. He was responsive. He did not everything he said that was included.
