3 Day Blinds

Professional and listened to what we wanted and gave us options

Very disappointed and will never work with 3 Day Blinds again. After an initial consult in mid-November, I ordered $6500 in blinds and shades. I was informed it would take 4-6 weeks for the shades so I was not concerned I would heard nothing until January. On January 9, I called for the status of my order. The rep, Devonta, took my information and said they would call back with more information, but did not . The next day I called back and was informed the production of my shades did not start until December 6 - about 5 weeks after my order. I spoke with the supervisor who informed me Davonta will send me an update. On 1/14, Davonta did email me. But it did not address the delay on the shades and was of no help. Neither the supervisor, Tanesha, nor Davonta seemed to care about the fact that my shades were delayed for weeks. $6500 may not be much money to them, but to me it is and it warrants more customer care. On 2/4, I finally heard from the installer organization, Penrod, and the product was perfectly installed. End result for me was the installers were great and 3 Day Blinds dropped the ball. My previous orders from 3 Day Blinds were handled so well, I did not hesitate to work with them again. After this experience, I will not and will share my poor experience with friends and family.

The estimator was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very accurate with her measurements and covered all the minute details such as which side to put the wands on. The installer was professional and proficient enough to be done in 1.5 hours for over 10 windows. The only thing I would improve is the installer could have cleaned his tiny messes by each window where he drilled into the walls. Overall, I am very pleased.

Needed custom blinds installed on two bedroom windows, and the job was completed right on time and turned out perfect. We will use 3 Day Blinds for all of our future window projects. Process was easy-peasy from start to finish.

Missed the installation date, texted a minute early and move the date for another day, like they own your salary for a living. UNPREPARED.

Also, black-out blinds were installed on my uppers windows in the den. I seldom operated them and within a few months they are not working.

Bad - wrong blinds ordered twice. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs if you are getting blinds - too much money to have it done poorly.

My first appointment with their designer was January 5, 2024 and the project was completed on June 7, 2024. There was an issue with the valances and I contacted them several times but never received a call from them regarding this issue. I contacted Angi and, with the assistance of one of their consultants, I finally received the valances that I originally ordered. I appreciate the fact that I finally received the valances but their overall lack of concern or regard for their customers is alarming. In this age of texting and e-mails, it would have been very easy to keep me updated on the progress of this issue.

Happy with the blinds and the installer was on time and very fast. He was very professional. He did a great job plus cleaned up and took the old shades away.

Warm, friendly sales lady and polite and efficient installer of the new blinds. I love my new remote control. The blinds are located in a corner with my kitchen sink located in front of the windows. Even in my younger years I had a difficult time raising and lowering the old blinds. These are wonderful. I am so very pleased with my purchase and the service I received from all that I dealt with at Three Day Blinds.
