The actual work, the installation of the blinds, was good. No concerns there. The sales consultation part was terrible. The sales person initially sold us shutters that could not be installed in our cinder block house, measured one of the windows incorrectly so we had to have those remade, then took over two weeks to fix our order.

More expensive than doing it yourself. About 2400 for 10 windows. The quality of the blinds are excellent. Service was on time and were installed quickly. Worth it if you want them done right.

The designer/ saleswoman (Kristina Vallos) was excellent in helping us to make our selection and measuring our sliders for the vertical blinds. She helped us take advantage of some of the coupons available in order for us to get the best price. Once the blinds they in, they were installed quickly and well. But 3 day blinds are not a 3 day experience. The factory manufactured the holding rod too long and so had to reorder. It took 14 days from order to install to get our blinds. This part of the process was disappointing.

3 Day Blinds was given as a referral by Home Advisor but the reason I chose to do business with this company was because of the professionalism and competency of their design consultant Danny Norris. I love my new blinds. They make my house a home now. I also want to note that the the installer Randy did an awesome job installing them.
