I really like my new faux wood blinds. The vertical blinds for my patio door were measure incorrectly, so they have to be reordered. The installer mentioned the issue with the length, rather than let me discover it, which I greatly appreciated. Customer Service was very good about promptly reordering the correct blinds.

The salesperson was very pleasant to work with. The product is a quality item at a reasonable price. The installer, was also pleasant to work with efficiently installed the shade, but couldn't get it to seat properly in the frame when it is closed.

Found out only some projects done in three days. Some of my shades had to be special-ordered.

Avoid this company like the plague. "3 Day" Blinds is an absolute joke. I'm STILL waiting for the CORRECT color blinds to be installed. This will make it over a month, since I signed the proposal, which was rushed down my throat. The WRONG color was ordered without my approval or knowledge, and installed. The blinds were installed in the open position, so I could not see the wrong color, until I closed them later, at night. The "new color line", which has the color I ordered in the first place, over a month ago, will not be available until August 8. The order was placed July 2nd or 3rd. So, if the idiots somehow get it right THIS time, it will be over 30 DAYS, since I ordered the blinds. Change their company name to 30 Day Blinds.
