3 Day Blinds

Very happy with new blinds. They were pricey but worth it.

Easy to do business with - blinds arrived & installed earlier than expected. Very satisfied.

Material and installation excellent. Over priced, but they had the paisley material we wanted. Basically they contract demanded all money up front prior to installation. The contract does not conform to the UCC and would be overturned in court if it came to it. Use a credit card in case you got to dispute the transaction. We ended up having to buy more drapes to get the look we wanted and move the roman shades to another bedroom. The first set of drapes were combined with a roman shade in the master bedroom. It did not look right and did not block the sun which was our requirement. Review everything. However, we are happy with the finished product. But not the hoops we had to jump through. I would imagine this company suffers from a lot of buyers remorse.

Took 3 weeks for getting the materials in, but great job! Our house looks much better now. Thank you!

We’re very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend them if you have multiple blinds that need to be replaced, as their installment fee covers up to four windows.

They called back immediately, they made an appointment for the next weekend. They had plenty of samples To view and expertise to offer

I love the blinds but it took forever. The order never got submitted after measuring. I had to call, text and email to find out the issue. Customer service never did contact me about the issue, only the initial salesperson.

The entire process was a 5-star experience. Sheri Moody, the design consultant, was well prepared with samples and ideas and had great suggestions for a problem window. Angel, the installer, was on-time, experienced, and courteous. He photographed a flaw from the manufacturer that we discovered when the shade was mounted and contacted customer service immediately. The customer service rep called me within an hour after receiving the photo and had the shade replaced within a week. I would rate each part of the experience as extraordinary!

Cathy the design consultant was very professional brought samples of the shades we were interested in and managed to pick the one best suited for our needs.The installer was also very helpful in setting up the installation once the shade arrived. We are very please with their work.

The call center kept routing me around to various voicemails. I simply wanted to change my email address by calling them.

Absolutely do your own research and know exactly what you are looking for!! I don?t know much about blinds but I just got new windows and had an idea of what I was hoping to achieve with 3 day blinds and it wasn?t to cover my very unique and beautiful oak trim which is about 2 inches wider on either side than your average window frame. I knew I didn?t have the 2 inches I needed to do what I really wanted and have them set up on the inside of the window well. That?s when I called 3 day blinds in hopes that a professional could help me get as close to that look as possible in some way? BOY WAS I WRONG!! I spent hours with a woman named Cindy Oakes who in the end basically blew smoke up my butt about the wonderful customer service I?d receive and how she?d follow through on my order and the measurements to get me as close to my desired look as possible. What a crock!! This all happened because I was unable to be there for the measurements and I was later told after I complained that this was not normal for someone to have come to my home and have to measure?? That this is something usually done by the sales Rep?? (CINDY OAKES)!! Unreal!! So the woman who took up 3 hours of my Saturday morning and had the most insightful knowledge of what I was hoping to achieve and praises her company?s customer service DID NOT DO HER JOB and left it to someone else who had no knowledge of our conversation to measure?? I guess for her it?s more important to get that sale than to make you truly happy!! Pretty Lame if you ask me

Human error caused a late delivery. Now that the custom drapes have been installed, they hang beautifully and are exactly what we ordered.

Overall, I'm pleased with the service and the product. I would, and will, use them again.

Excellent company. The designer was here on a Thursday. I had a custom blind installed by the next Thursday. Excellent quality.

We encountered several obstacles before finally having our drapes and shades installed. The installers were a local company. We encountered damage to our new furniture, rude behavior and delay after delay regarding installation. One installer arrived with the wrong size ladder and we had to reschedule and miss another day of work. The next attempt we discovered that the wrong size brackets had been shipped. After contacting 3 Day Blinds, we were put off and delayed for weeks before we finally got the drapes installed...months after ordering. Overall, the local installers, Rayline were not professional and a nightmare to navigate. 3 Day Blinds customer service was atrocious because we were bounced from one "case manager" to another before the final installation. Our installation charges were refunded, but our furniture has yet to be repaired. The drapes and blinds look nice, but I would caution anyone considering 3 Day Blinds to first investigate the local installers being used and be prepared for multiple delays. We will not be using 3 Day Blinds again.
