Jason brought his 3 crew members cleaned the windows inside and out very efficiently in an hour. We noticed the next day there were visible water marks on the external walls from the rinsed water under the windows. Initially we were a little disappointed but Jason was very responsive to our call. He returned to wash off the marks. We regained our confidence in their guaranteed high-quality workmanship and excellent customer care.

From my first contact with Rebecca, by phone, to Jeff arriving with the team on Friday, everything went great. Every window sparkles and shines! Everyone was friendly and professional. That has been refreshing in this process of moving and home improvements where I have found courtesy and customer service sorrily lacking. The Stanley team has given me hope that there are still qualitiy companies that care about their customers, as well as their business. Looking forward to working with them in six months for a spring cleaning!

Co-owner Jeff communicated regarding specific arrival time and arrived as promised with efficient, professional and friendly crew. Excellent! Great communication updates about appointment, which was easy to set up. Best of all, wonderful window cleaning service. Crew of 4 men showed up, wore booties inside, and were done in about half an hour. They cleaned inside and outside the glass, as well as the screens and tracks. After asking me first, they went the extra mile to apply special cleaner for hard water deposit on one window, and scraping off a label and over-spray paint on another. Will definitely use again.

Had this company come out multiple times for cleaning. Their service got worse as time went by. I would not recommend them.

Jason and team did an excellent job with cleaning all my windows and screens - inside and out which were very dirty. They called 30 min ahead of arrival so we knew what their ETA was. They were courteous and efficient. They also followed up with an email to ensure everything was OK along with a postcard in case any concerns arise. I had to wait a week as they were quite busy and it was worth the wait. I will definitely use them again.

Called to schedule and it went to voice mail. Someone returned my call the next day. At that point I was able to schedule an appointment the following week. A team of four arrived within the agreed window (as well as called about 20 minutes prior to arrival saying they were on their way). They cleaned windows inside and out as well as cleaned the tracks. My place is small so it took less than half an hour so I paid the minimum ($135) but I knew that would be the price before they got here. Also, I have one window that requires a 10 foot ladder to clean on the inside. All windows looked great when they were done.

Sadly, I will have to find another window cleaning company. This was my second time using Stanley Window Care, and both times I felt like they were in such a big hurry to get the job done quickly that they were not as careful with my house as they could have been. After this last cleaning, I noticed that one of our window valances was left askew, and paint was scratched off the walls around several of the window openings. (See photos.) Although my windows looked very clean, I felt like the paint damage could have been avoided if a little more care was taken. They were kind enough to send a follow-up email after my appointment, so I used that opportunity to write back to Jason Stanley to express my concern, and I also sent photos of some of the damage. I never received a reply, which left me feeling like they just didn't care.

Very professional and efficient. They have done a thorough and an excellent job. They even offered a free 7-days touch-up if the windows got dirty by rain.

They arrived on time, were very pleasant, cleaned all windows and screens in the time they said they would. I'm going to call them tomorrow to come and clean our windows again since it's been 6 months and it's time! I highly recommend this company!

Wow. My first Angieslist review after using probably 8 or 9 different Angieslist services. Not that the other services weren't A+, but I just was not inspired to take the time to to write a review. Most of the other contractors tried to upsell their services. I always worry when a plumbing or A/C checkup contractor arrives and usually for good reason. The main difference in Stanley is that feel like I received great value, from a family run, local business with one of the owners actually on-site. I highly recommend and will use again and again.

This is my third or fourth time using Stanley Window Care and I will probably always use them. They are fast and thorough - and the price is right. I highly recommend them!

They were running but let me know that they were running late. I waited at home from 8am until 12:45 before they finally showed up. My deal was to clean up to 47 windows, interior and exterior, and when they arrived, they told me that I had over 88 windows. Due to this they charged me $125 extra for the service.

Jeff's service rate was reasonable. Will definitely use this service again!

Great job. A crew of 3 spent 1.5 hours and tackled the job like they have been doing it for years:very methodical and efficient. Much faster than I expected. On the inside they wore covers on their shoes and laid down a large towel under each window as they worked to protect the carpet and the tubs. They were polite and courteous and didn't waste time standing around talking. Jason answered the few questions my wife and I had. I checked the windows this morning with the sun hitting them at different angles. They did a terrific job. We are very pleased and hope to use them again.

Provider was very professional, on time and fast. Brought a 4-person team who went to work immediately. Interior staff wore booties and moved/replaced furniture as required with no involvement required. I would use this company again without hesitation.

We wanted the exterior portion of our windows cleaned after the house was painted. There are about 49 panes including a sliding door and French doors. The crew finished early and offered to clean the interior of our highest interior windows as well. They were quick, efficient and did a great job. We will now use them on a regular basis.

From the initial conversation via email to set up the appointment to when they finished was awesome. Came right when scheduled after calling me to tell me they were on their way. The provider was here in person. He and his crew did the job in about an hour. A few windows were did have a few specs remaining but overall it was an ok job.

Showed on time. Quick and effecicient. God price. Discounted rate to be called back which I will do.

Everything went very smoothly. It is a family owned business. One of the owners, Jerod, came to the house prior to the appointment so he could look at our windows and give us an estimate. The estimate was $200, which seemed more than fair for the number of windows we have. On the day of the appointment, they called to let me know when they were on their way, which I really appreciated. Three guys showed up, including one of the owners, Jason. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Windows looked great when they were done. (I had to do a tiny bit of clean up after they left, but it was minimal.) A little concerned about the amount of water that was used to wash the windows because of the severe drought we're having in California right now. Aside from that concern, I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Stanley Window Care!
