Stanley window cleaning is a family-owned business that has been servicing orange county for 16 years. owners jeff & jerod take pride that they are on every job site and able to guarantee high-quality workmanship and excellent customer care. we have an additional 6 members who make up our work crew, as well as office staff. we service small single-family homes as well as exclusive estates ranging upwardsw of 10,000-15,000 sq.ft. we have preformulated pricing, so it doesn't matter if you live in a condo in irvine or behind the gates of coto. we will meet or beat any existing quote out there! we also pride ourselves on our next day follow-up call to verify that you have received 100% customer satisfaction. if not, we will come back at no charge to make it right. stanley window cleaning has many happy, long-term customers who also take advantage of their discounted maintenance programs. we can come on short notice, or as frequently as you need us to. we have testimonials and references upon request.mention angie's list and you will receive a $50 value to use towards a housewash, hardscape wash, gutter cleaning or mirrors cleaned .

Hi Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I apologize that you were not 100% happy at the time of service. You had purchased the coupon online, which was for a total of up to 47 windows. When we arrived and did the window count, you had more than 47. We would've been happy to do the extra panes, at a reduced cost, but you opted not to have them done. Angie's List does offer other coupons for us that cover more window panes that you could've purchased, or if you had any questions prior to purchasing you could've called the office. Description of Work: Excellent job cleaning 14 windows,inside & out including screens. They were running alittle behind scheduled appointment time, but they did call to inform us. Once here, they were extremely efficient and cleaned the windows, looking new again. I was amazed how quickly they cleaned them, approx. 45 min. Due to the California water drought, I was initially concerned over the amount of water they would use. Pleasantly surprised, they didn't use any of my water, they brought there own!! I will definitely use them again & again!!
