I did hire this company to clean the windows and screens at my moms house. A problem occurred but Tim went above and beyond to make sure my mom was completely satisfied. We are grateful for that. Thank you.

I previously left a bad review in regards to this company. However I can say that all of my issues that I had with Tim and all about cleaning have been addressed and made right. My 1st experience was in January of this year Tim was unable to complete the job I had hired him for which was cleaning my 5 bedroom 2 story home, due to the fact that I was unsatisfied with my experience Tim offered to return within 6 months and clean my carpet at no charge, so this past Saturday I scheduled with him and allowed him to try to rectify the situation. I have to say that I'm glad I gave them a second chance and I am very satisfied with the work that was done in my home and also his customer service is outstanding ! I will be using Tim and all about cleaning for a future carpet cleaning services in my home and I will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends.

We are a Large 55+ community with 4 recreation centers and 2 Fitness areas that are maintained by All About Cleaning's caring dedicated and thorough staff. Tim is a dream to work with, he is on top of any issue that comes up and assigns his staff accordingly while maintaining the daily scheduled tasks without missing a beat. On occasions when a staff member is unavailable Tim himself steps in without fail. We are happy to call Tim for any new projects and have the utmost confidence in he and his staff.

Tim is a great communicator and addresses all your concerns and needs. I have used him several times in 2 separate houses and have always been 100% satisfied with his work. He takes pride in his work and strives for total customer satisfaction! He is the only person I would hire to work on my carpets, floors, or upholstery.

I was very satisfied with Tim's work - He was able to remove some tough red stains from our upholstery and left the carpets in our kids' playroom looking like new. I will definitely call him again!
