Description of Work: I asked Integrity to give us a quote on what I thought was a foggy dual pane door. Bob suggested that the glass may just be streaky on the outside and not foggy on the inside. We also inquired about low E glass for our aluminum door. Bob pointed out that aluminum doors lose a lot of heat through the frame and that we won't see as much benefit as anticipated. He also educated us on how to make our dual pane window last longer. I value his honesty in giving us the best information for us to make an informed decision. The glass company that came out before him just gave us quotes. Since we have not yet determined for certain whether our window gaskets truly leak, we are holding off on having the work performed.

Description of Work: Replace two double-pane windows. Replace 12 windows balancers. Replace 1 custom cabinet glass door. | |Bob, was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and covered his shoes before entering my home. He took quick measurements and addressed my concerns with my windows being hard to open and close. He gave me a reasonable price (double-pane windows are expensive!) and came back the following week to install everything. | |I asked him to show me how to install the window balancers and he showed me step-by-step the proper procedure, and even gave me a few 'tips' that he uses to make the job safer and easier. I recommend him and will use his services again when needed.

Description of Work: I called the day I purchased the deal and the soonest I could be seen was 2 weeks. He came and gave estimate for. Single pane window install and removal. Does not do what the deal says. Was very nice about it.

Description of Work: The provider arrived and determined the coupon did not apply because it covered labor for 2 windows & I only needed a single window replaced. He suggested that I contact you for the $99 refund on the non-applicable coupon. We made arrangements for his return to fix the one window (at a very reasonable rate)and that visit is pending. I'll be more than happy to provide an assessment once the work is completed, but I'm sure it will be done well based on the provider's professional demeanor, honesty and helpful information.

Description of Work: The owner came by and measured for the glass the day after I ordered services. The next Thursday he took 3.5 hours to install 2 double pane windows. It went well. He was about 1/2 hour late.

Description of Work: Fixed windows that open vertically - as they were rather difficult to open/shut before - the windows work great; was able to avoid replacing them. He also made and installed new screen doors in the windows, so now we have working screen doors. | |Also, Bob, the owner has named his company that way for a reason. He told me what's in my best interest, instead of selling me "more stuff".

+ -1 moreThe window was broken on a Saturday. Contacted Integrity Window and others for bids. Most window companies install new windows, they don't repair single broken windows. Got two bids and Integrity was most responsive to the request, gave the lowest price, and the earliest service date. Integrity offered to come Saturday evening to measure the window (I had given approximates to get bids), but I had not yet been able to reach anyone else and declined. By Monday morning I got another bid so called Integrity back and he came to take exact measurements and order the window (they are all manufactured by the same window company in the area). We arranged a time on Wednesday and he replaced the window, cleaning up all broken glass. The external pane of the dual pane window was broken, and it shattered over the course of 1/2 hour (as tempered glass does). I covered it on Saturday with a piece of plastic sealed with duct tape, being careful not to press on the glass. By Tuesday, glass in the lower 2/3 of the window had fallen and was held in place by the plastic. The plastic cover also made it easier for Integrity to carefully remove the broken glass and collect it without it scattering it on the ground.
Description of Work: Replaced a dual pane window (24 x 60, tempered glass) that was broken by a rock.

+ -1 moreMy tenants on the other side of my Duplex had 3 windows broken over one night. The first thing the next morning I searched for a contractor for emergency repairs. I actually found Integrity on another site, and Bob (Integrity) responded within minutes of my query. I had all the measurements and details ready for him and he was ready to give me an estimate. He came out that same morning to verify the measurements and make sure no additional repairs were required. He told me that if the glass would be ready that day, he would come back. He ended up having to do the install the next morning, which wasn't a big deal. They look great. I would definitely hire him again.
