Alex and his team did everything I asked and then some. He power washed my tiles before doing a thorough tile reset. He identified wood with dry rot and replaced. I was very happy with the final job and the fact that Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Alex Teophil was highly recommended by my very successful very Realtor Stephanie Vitacco who said that he will get the job done right and not charge an arm and a leg. She was right. She helped make the original list of things to repair vs remodel and I added a few more things. I bought a very nice but affordable laminate floor product at Home Depot and he picked up all the accessories needed for the install. I picked the paint colors and he purchased it and helped me pick a cheap but nice baseboard. He helped me save money everywhere he could by repairing things instead of repalacing them. I visited the work site a few times both while his crew was there and after they left for the day. I was surprised to see how tidy and organised they were. The finished result was lovely and the condo sold in about 10 days if I remember correctly. I would not hesitate to hire Alex Teophil again. The total was approx $10,600 plus what I spent at HD for the laminate flooring. He installed laminate throughout most of the condo, regrouted the bathroom floor, painted the walls, trim, ceilings, and door, remodeling the kitchen ceiling and install track lighting, cleaned condo and made many repairs.
