The Technician arrived on time, took down old garage door opener and replaced with a new garage door opener and oiled garage door parts. He reviewed the operations after installing. Left the site clean and in order. Very pleased with Door Pros service overall. ,

2 servicemen arrived within 2 hour window of time given. He found the problem to be with the sensors, realigned and tightened. Then he gave the rest of the door moving parts a lubricant and overall had it working smoothely again. He was very kind to give me a discount for being with Angie's list and I will call them again if needed.

He called promptly. I was scheduled about two weeks out which was fine. He showed up on time and was done in less than an hour.

The technician was punctual, informative and got to work. The garage door used to make an awful sound. When he was done it ran smoothly and relatively quietly (for such a large door).

Door Pros was awesome. I called and had an appointment next day, which I'm sure doesn't happen all the time, I just so happened to get lucky. The young woman that answered the phone was very polite and returned my calls as promised. The young gentleman that came to complete the install was great too. He completed the install very quickly and showed me how to program and use the new system. We noticed that one of the garage door opener consoles (the the button on the wall that lights up) was malfunctioning so he and the young woman that setup the appointment scheduled me for a quick return visit to replace the malfunctioning unit. They returned the next week and had it replaced. The young man even lubricated the garage door hinges, rails and wheels for me without me even asking. He was very nice and did a great job. Believe it or not, and this is no reflection of Door Pros, but one of my other wall mounted garage door opener buttons started to malfunction the same as the first so they scheduled a third appointment to come out and replace that unit too. I highly recommend Door Pros as they are fast and professional as their name states. I definitely intend to use them in the future if/when I need to replace my garage doors. Thanks Door Pros!

Once the repairman showed up, explained what he will do, the process took about an hour. He was very courteous. My husband and I were very happy with is work.

Well I knew my garage door was noisy and had some issues so I purchased this deal. When I called, they set up an appointment with no problem. The day of the appointment, two gentleman came to work on my door. They were fast and efficient, only taking about 30-40 minutes. After they were done they explained that they had replaced the rollers and also fixed some screws that had come loose and were starting to pull through the sheet metal. After the tuneup, the door was much quieter and seemed more solid when opening and closing. This was just what I needed.

They were on time and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a keyless garage door opener.

I purchased "The Big Deal" a Garage Door Tune-Up. There was nothing wrong with my garage door, I just wanted to make sure it stayed that way. Doors Pros Inc., called back quickly when I left a message to set-up the service date, they accommodated my date and time and arrived promptly to provide service. The tradesman who came to my house was pleasant and expertly answered the questions I asked without any sarcasm or attitude. I will definitely call Doors Pro Inc if I ever find myself in the situation where any part, including the garage door opener, of my garage door needs repair or replacement.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door repair. I called at 8am and I was able to schedule an appointment that same day. Gus showed up at 11:15 (my appt. window was between 11am-1pm) and asset the issue and gave me a quote within 40 min. the job was completed.

Service person arrived promptly, lubricated some areas, made suggestions for future maintenance upkeep and installed the wireless keypad. Fast and efficient work.

The technician came after our scheduled time, which I understand getting backed up- just call ahead of time please. He came and was very honest and let me know that the rollers they were going to put on were the same I already had. So he did the tune up and that was it. I was a bit frustrated that he did not even offer anything else - and at first felt a bit snubbed that he was late and I had paid for something that I did not get the full value of. I emailed the owner via Angie's List, didn't hear back so I called and was transferred to him right away. He told me he had gotten the email and replied, again, via Angie's List- however, I did not get it - nor can find a place to find the reply- so that was no big deal. He apologized, offered me the keypad and set up another appointment for me. The technician showed up without the 30 minutes ahead call- stating that that request doesn't show up on his calendar unless he opens the appointment to look at the details. My suggestion would be that the company find a way to better get the details out to the tech. He came, installed the keypad and was gone. Overall- The tech was nice, efficient, honest and quick. I appreciated getting an honest response that I did not need the rollers, just would have liked the tech to have the 'power' to have offered the keypad on the spot- would have saved another trip and my frustration. I would still use them again in the future, as they did what they said they would and the tech was honest.

The young man who came out was really nice and seemed to know what he was doing. He said my door was improperly installed - so he was there to re-do the rollers. I ended up paying more for him to do re-do the cables - the door wasn't aligned properly. I trusted what he said.

I purchased a Big Deal for a garage door tune up, but didn't hear from them until I called them to redeem the coupon a few months later..... which is fine. I scheduled the appointment several weeks away, but the day before, nobody from their office called to confirm the appointment. Not a big deal, but just to make sure we were still on for the next day, I called them to verify our appointment. The gal was quite cheerful and helpful and verified our appointment. The day of the service, their technician came out and did a fantastic job! He was friendly, helpful, honest, and didn't try to upsell me or strong arm me into anything at all. My garage door went from not being able to be opened at all, to a very smooth, perfectly operating garage door. Great job overall, but if I could suggest any improvements, it would be better communication. It'd be nice if their office had contacted me shortly after purchasing the big deal coupon, and to confirm the appointment the day before. Other than that, a perfect, flawless performance!! Four and a half stars for these guys! I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Got a next day appointment from prompt courteous office staff Repairman showed up on time and did his job swiftly and professionally Cleaned up after himself and the doors function better than ever before.

Overall, the serviceman took about 20-30 minutes to fix and recondition our door. He was friendly, polite, and competent.

We arranged to be home the day the technician was supposed to come, waited through the appointed time window, and finally called the company to find out where the technician was. They said that something had come up and that they had to cancel that day, and that we were supposed to be called and informed of the reschedule. We did not receive a call. We then rescheduled for later that week. The next day, they called again and rescheduled again for the next week. Once the technician finally made it, he was very knowledgeable, completed the work quickly, and was very pleasant to work with.
