He arrived on time and went to work. When he saw the situation he was concerned that he would not be able to complete the job being by himself but he did and did a great job. He found a part that he hadn't anticipated needing and made it work.

First disappointment was the length of time between paying for the service and appointment date. Paid for the deal in December and not able to get appointment until January 18th. When technician arrived, he noted that my garage door was made by Martin and informed me that the rollers for this type of door were not the same as he could install. He informed me that because of the structure of the Martin door, if he did install new rollers there might be an functionality issue. Okay, so right from the start the main feature of the 'deal' seems to be off the table. He then said he could check and adjust the door spring. In the process of the adjustment he informed me that he did not have the appropriate tool (allen wrench) and would have to leave to get one. I loaned him one of mine to complete the adjustment. He did adjust the spring and level of door travel and stated that he lubricated door hinges. He was a fast worker and pleasant and was done in under one hour. I was quite disappointed that the main selling point of the 'deal' was the roller replacement and that did not take place as I was talked out of it. Having already prepaid for the service well before the service date and then finding out I was only getting part of the service was very discouraging. I would not use this provider again and sadly, I would be very reluctant to use any other Angie's list deal as this was my first and probably last prepaid Angie's deal.

They called ahead as promised, arrived in the early part of the 2 hour window, were professional and nice, worked quickly, and everything works as expected.

Overall, I have to give this a Buyer Beware rating. Not that the system itself is bad but that important details should have been disclosed so that the buyer could make an informed decision based on the benefits/disadvantages and what extra costs are involved.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The experience was good. They did what I asked them to do. They were fast and courteous. They were on time.

The service man arrived within the time that was scheduled. He performed the task in a professional manner. He was able to explain some other problems we had and provided solutions without extreme pressure. The service was excellent. Thank you!

In the following days it started to exhibit the same closing problems it was exhibiting before the service call. I'm currently back to the same problem I had before the call. The experience was OK and probably a fair price, but I did not get the replacement rollers. In fairness, I did not call them back out to adress the recurring problem. I'm ambivalent as to whether I would use them again.

They showed up a little late, but from start to finish weren't there for more than an hour. They replaced the wheels and whatnot, and significantly reduced the noise the door makes when it opens and closes. We had applied WD40 a few times, but nothing seemed to make it quiet. With a new baby... we needed it to be a lot quieter! It is now!

Miguel came in and replaced the rollers and lubed everything. Pointed out that my springs were rubbing on a board and may cause excess noise. Did not waste any time, very efficient work.

Our door was very noisy. They said it only needed lubrication, but also recommend upgrading the rollers. It was not too much, so we had the work done. We also added an external key pad, which we use often. The tech was very professional. We had a few other minor issues since the first service and they have been able to help us over the phone. We will use them again if needed.

We made an appointment & approximately 2 weeks later, the installation took place. It was quick and the technician was pleasant and professional. We are pleased with the results.

They performed the service that I paid for, but I found out recently that the parts they used are sub par. They used plastic rollers and should have at least offered, even if it were to incur an additional cost, better rollers.

There was a little bit of scheduling that needed to be done in order match up the timing so I could be home when they performed the repairs. The performed the work quickly and everything seems to work great. The price was about what I expected. (For me when I feel a price is excellent is where I feel like I got a great deal)

The repair man arrived promptly on the appointment time and performed the service.

Originally, the service was just to replace a broken spring on my electric garage door. I ended up also needing a new motor. This wasn't discovered until the repair person was at my home. Luckily, he was prepared with a motor in his truck that I was able to purchase. Josh was prompt and professional. He did extra work at no additional cost, such as lubricate wheels, etc. He was communicative, he explained what he was doing and shared maintenance information. He was also very quick. Something I would suggest for improvement is, when replying to the email that I sent through Angie's List, it would be helpful to include the name of the company in the email so that I would know who I am communicating with. This is especially important as I typically send emails out to more than one company. Otherwise, a company I would use again and would refer to others.

Our 9 year old house was experiencing some major issues with the garage door and the lifting mechanism. The questionable materials that the builder used finally started failing and the steel door was buckling and actually splitting when opening/closing. Looking in angieslist for a top company, I called Door Pros and was able to schedule something that same week. They showed and provided an estimate for a later date. The estimate was spot-on and did not exceed what was expected. I was given a window of 2 hours and they showed in the first 45 minutes. The 2 workers were very professional and the quality of work was top notch. The door is more solid reliable than it has even been. I would highly recommend Door Pros.

The service technician was prompt, efficient and demonstrated a good knowledge of garage door operations. The work was completed within the time frame stated and resulted in definite operating improvements.
