Door Pros Sacramento

Door Pros arrived within the allotted time and called ahead as promised. The technician, who I believe was named Jim, was very courteous and professional. We had a rather unorthodox install with a work bench and shelves in the way. He worked around these without any complaint. He did inspect the old door, it's parts, spring, etc. and did recommend we replace an older spring with two new ones. The cost of that job was well withing the normal price as I understand it. We purchased an additional accessory and that was very competitively priced as well. The installation was performed efficiently. Jim went over the use of the new door control and the use of the new opener. He left the job site as clean as when he arrived. All in all, based upon this experience I would certainly recommend Door Pros and would use them again if I need service on my door or the opener.

Bought a deal from Angie's List for Door Pros to tune up my garage door and replace door's rollers with silicone/plastic rollers. It turned out I already had plastic rollers, but the tech that came out was very helpful and determined the noise I was hearing was from misaligned tracks. He was very professional and gave my entire garage door/opener a full tune up. My garage door is much quieter now!

Excellent experience! This is the third garage door company we have worked with over the past 6 years. We were very pleased. Soon after purchasing an Angie's list deal, we received a phone call to schedule service. When I called to schedule the service they were very polite and offered an appointment that fit our schedule. We were given a short arrival time window, which I greatly appreciate. Technician arrived on time and got right to work. The unit is fantastic and the work was performed with attention to detail. He even tuned up components of our existing 'old' garage door. We appreciated that he worked with the door we have and made recommendations for the future. I did not feel pressured to purchase a new door, which I am sure would have happened with other companies. We will definitely give them a call when it is time for us to replace the garage door.

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the things he was doing, and adjustments he was making. He also checked out the entire garage door lift system to ensure everything was working properly and safely.

No problems beginning to end

A tech came to the house and gave me an estimate with options and pricing. He was very professional and explained the pros and cons of each option. Everyone at the company - from the first point of contact, were very friendly and accomodating. It was nice to see the installers were on time. If I ever need this type of service again, I will definitely contact Door Pros again.

It went well. He also checked out previous work done, and fixed a couple of things no extra charge.

The appointment was easy to schedule and the service person arrived on time. It was a quick service with the biggest help being a minor modification of the placement of a lock-- once moved it reduced the popping noise we were experiencing on every open and close. He also greased to door joints and advised on the overall quality of the door.

Overall, I was impressed enough to buy another garage door and opener my shop fro Door Pros. I would definitely recommend them for any garage door needs.

I found them on Angie's list. Got a quote over the phone and set up an appointment day and time that met my needs. They arrived on time and completed the work in an hour. It was a great experience.

The experience from beginning to end was great. When I called, the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. We were able to book the install for the same day (which is nice since we live in Davis and they're in Sacramento). Miguel arrived well within the 2 hour window (at the beginning of it actually) and was friendly and efficient. He had everything he needed to get the job done and when he left, there was no evidence of his having been there except for the new product installed. I've had folks come to work for us that left quite a mess after they left. This was definitely not the case with Miguel.

They were punctual, professional and courteous. Very easy to work with.

Service was provided by Jim. He had excellent custormer service skills. Very professional and knowledgeable. Jim called first to give me his estimated arrrival time, he showed up on time. He went over what he would be doing, and showed me where I needed to replace the coil roller thing. It ended up costing me an unplanned for $200.00 but I could see that it needed to be replaced since it was at least 12yrs. old. I liked the fact that they except credit cards.. I would definetly use this company for future garage door needs.

The technician arrived on time and immediately started the tune-up. Jim was very professional and personable.

The person came on time (I also recieved a call letting me know he was on his way). I showned him my doors, told him I wanted the new rollers and let him do his thing. About thirty minutes later he had put the rollers on told me he ajusted the tention springs and was done. The rollers did quiet down the doors in opperation.

It was hard to schedule because I was so far away from them but once we got that out of the way everything went wonderfully.

They came to the house on time. Evaluated the door for safety. Made suggestion to have it inspected every couple of years since it is over 25 years old. Programmed the keypad and that was it.

Once I got through all of my research on the LiftMaster brand and the new MyQ technology, with the help and assistance of the Door Pro Inc. team, the appointment was scheduled and the work performed within 4 days. Install team arrived on-time, completed the work quickly, and performed complete removal of old equipment and site clean-up.

Went well, very efficient, didn't have to move anything in the garage to perform the service.

He arrived on time and went to work. When he saw the situation he was concerned that he would not be able to complete the job being by himself but he did and did a great job. He found a part that he hadn't anticipated needing and made it work.
