The installer from Door Pros arrived promptly and completed all the work very quickly. He hauled off my old unit and explanined how to operate the new garage door opener. The new LiftMaster 8550 is so whisper quiet that I can't even hear it opening from the street. My old opener was vey noisy. I think this new LIftMaster opener opens about as quckly as my old unit, but is so quiet that it feels like a gold star upgrade. The installation was really first rate and I am very happy with both the unit and the install. Thank you Door Pros!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. It went really well. They were really good. They were really communicative because we had to change the appointment around a couple of times so that was nice. They did everything they said they would. He actually ended up being a little bit late so he did my second garage door for free.

It was horrible. They were not prompt and sent someone that took all day. I ended up paying more, everything was an add on. The remote I bought still does not work. I will never use them again. They are the lamest company ever. I ended up buying new rollers, an additional garage door opener and a key-less remote entry that still does not work. There was a disagreement and blamed Angies List for changing the AD. They gave me what the AD said after calling the manager. The kid could not install the pieces. They were two hours late. It was awful. He had to call help and had to tell him to do it. It was such a nightmare. Then something was suppose to be included and it was not but they would deliver it and a few weeks later it came it was just a card which could have been mailed. It took 5 or 6 hours when it should have taken an hour and a half. It was a mess, I am not happy.

Scheduling my appointment with Door Pros (a few weeks in advance) was a breeze and I was given the name of the technician that was going to do the service. On the day of the appointment - as agreed - Miguel (the technician) was giving me a heads-up as he was ~30 minutes away. He arrived on time and performed all services promptly and competently. He was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions without any attempts to upsell me on additional services or parts (which I very much appreciated). Before adjusting the torsion spring, he advised me about the risks of potential breakage (our spring is fairly old). To gauge the risks and understand the worst-case scenario, he provided me with a fair price for replacement springs - if we should need it. We agreed to adjust the spring and if it breaks I would purchase a replacement. The old spring held up and we didn't need the replacement. Upon my inquiry whether Door Pros also sell new garage doors (which is something we need eventually), Miguel confirmed and gave me a brochure. I will certainly consider Door Pros for any future garage door needs and can recommend them without hesitation.

A tech arrived on time, however, he was not friendly or approachable; Actually, I would describe him as surly; He gave the feeling of being uninterested in his work and just wanted to take the shortest cut possible. I had purchased a coupon for servicing the door and an outside code entry box. He said we needed a new spring, i agreed, but was surprised at the cost. He was adjusting the risers in the door and I noted a couple of them were binding because they were bent at an angle. I called his attention to this and he begrudgingly corrected the problem, but he made his resentment very evident. The entire process took about 35 minutes and he was gone.He left unclear instructions of how to operate the.outside box so I called the office, and was treated very cordially and also the man (I think the owner) was patient and helpful in providing the information I needed..I did not complain to the owner; because I know that anyone can have a bad day and could not know what kind of personal problem the Tech was experiencing that might explain his behavior; however, I would neither recommend nor use this company again. Very disappointing, Would add that I have used Angie's List many times witn satisfaction and sometimes great satisfaction.

Work was performed to the utmost quality. Some minor parts were missing on the opener, which he got out of his truck and didn't charge me for. He never pushed me to buy the opener from him instead, or to get a bigger motor. Two months later, both doors work great!

Technician arrived as scheduled and explained to me what is included in the tune up I aquired. His explanations were clear and detailed. I had a choice of receiving a remote door keypad or replacement of all door rollers. I chose the rollers as I already have a remote keypad. Technician inspected entire door installation, replaced rollers, adjusted and lubed tracks and adjusted and tested door safety system. He explained what he did and why and asked is I had any other problems with the door. He was completely finished in under an hour and door is working great and almost silently. It was a pleasure to deal with this technician. I highly recommend this vendor to any one who need garage door service.

Everything went smoothly. There were no surprises and no sales pitch. He arrived early complete the job and was on his way in a relatively short period of time.

Door Pros came out to service our garage door on a Big Deal that we had purchased. They even did a little extra straightening of the tracks! They were professional and efficient, and performed the service in about 15 minutes total. Awesome experience! Thank you, Angie's List!

Jim took care of every complaint I had starting with the irritating squeaking noise (which I initially thought was coming from the replacement rollers), aligning the tracks, and advice on torsion spring replacement. He was very professional and punctual and a pleasure to deal with.

They were very good. They were on time. They did the job correctly. I was satisfied. They had a special that made me choose this company for the job. The job went as planned. I did not shop around, so I don't know if the price was good. The quality of their work was good.

The workers from Door Pros Inc. did a quick repair and I have had no further problems with my garage door. It was replaced with a much quieter model.

Everything was done as advertised.

My garage door system is about 15 years old and sure needed the tune up. What I liked about these guys is that they didn't try to sell me unneeded services and equipment. As an example, there was a dent in the door caused by me backing into it. I asked them if they could straighten it. They advised against it, saying that it could cause more problems than it would solve (kind of like back surgery!). Ditto with replacing the system. In short, these folks were competent and honest and I'd recommend them.

They were able to come & go (by crawling under the stuck garage door while I was at work & got me scheduled quickly- that worked great for me!

They did a great job. The door runs quieter.

It went well and I would call them again and/or recommend them.

Amazing service! I bought the deal, called the company and they had someone out the same day! They were on time, professional and very efficient. I was worried I would have to live with a broken garage door opener for 2 weeks and they were here and got it installed immediately. He even helped me program my extra remote so they would all work. I was very pleased with this company and the service. Would definitely go back if I need to!

Saturday morning my two car garage door wouldn't open. I called around and most places were closed. I remembered I have an account on Angies List and looked up A-Rated Garage Door Services open on Saturdays. I immediately got a hold of someone at Door Pros and they were so helpful! Within hours the owner himself came to my home, assessed my situation and gave me options based on my needs. I ended up replacing both garage doors because it was something I wanted to do anyways and the price was reasonable. By Wednesday both garage doors were replaced AND I was pleasantly surprised I received a free upgrade because my garage doors weren't delivered to Door Pros in time for my installation! I called Josh to make sure there wasn't a mistake and he assured me there wasn't, he just wanted to make sure I got my doors on time, according to my schedule. I am so impressed with this company I will never use another garage door company.

What an awesome experience! The servicemen were helpful and knowledgeable, and even helped to set up our remotes. Thank you very much! They also installed a back-up battery at a discounted price. It was fantastic.
