Work went great. The team showed up on time and were able to determine that the cause of the problem was old garage door springs. They had the replacement parts and completed the job in about an hour.

Service person show up on time. Replace the roller on my garage door. Explain to me what he does and additional maintenance information on different part of the garage door. When I ask other information about garage door, he demonstrate knowledge and inform me on alternative and suggestion. Friendly and professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They showed up when they were supposed to and they did the job. There's nothing to complain about.

When I called to set up an appointment they were very upfront and said because it was an Angie's deal I would be booked a little farther out than normal, which was perfectly fine with me I was in no rush. A few days later I received a call and ask if they could move the date due to a time conflict, it was backed out a couple more days they were very apologetic about it and very easy to work with. When he arrived I was in the middle of a very difficult-phone conversation( tears involved).he was very understanding, asked very simple and to the point questions. He asked me to show him where I wanted it and explained he only needed about 10 min. to complete the project, which he did. When he was done and he took me out to show me how to use it I asked if he had time to teach the children how to use it, they said he had absolute all the time I needed to make me feel comfortable with the new device. He took the time to let both boys learn how to use it and practice with it. He was extremely patient and encouraging to both me and the children. If there was any downside to this at all I would have to say I had to go looking for the instructions that he had left in the garage.when I called him to ask a couple questions I forgot to ask him and find out where the instructions were once again he was very patient and did not appear to be irritated with me for calling him even though it only been a couple hours since he had left. Even know there was a couple glitches they were very quick to work them out and great to work with. I would definitely with no hesitation recommend this company.

The guy was prompt, professional and did a good job, had to come back, and it started squeaking again and there is little more lubricant, but other than that he did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Excellent, finished all the work in under two hours, both openers work like a charm and we are so pleased with the result. Not Door Pros issue but the new openers do not work with the in car opener on our Lexus, requires an additional repeater.

This was the first time that I used them. My brother was here and he was here in the garage with the gentleman, but it all went smooth. They came out, did the work and left. The pricing was fair.

It went very well they were on time and very efficient. They were friendly but not overly so. They left on time as well.

We have an original (2001) garage door which was extremely loud and sounded like metal scraping on metal each time it opened or closed. We had purchased a coupon through Angie's List for garage door roller servicing, but upon inspection it was suggested that we should replace the roller(s). This was accomplished in less than a half hour. I think the coupon for the servicing was around $70, so not sure how that figured into the final cost (or if it did). Regardless, we're very pleased with the resulting silent operation of the garage door.

Ihad purchased Angies special $89 garage roller replacement service. Upon arrival I was told the spring was going. I had been told this 4 yrs before when I had a new opener installed, so I decided to replace the spring. The installer used so much lubricant when the door is open it drips. Fortunately the drip isn't over the car, thank god! The installer did not replace the things he moved and he had to come back for drill bits he left behind.

I did not take advantage of the offer. My fault.

He did a good job. But I'll give him a "B" because he moved my sensors without asking me. He moved the sensors from where they were originally placed. He said that they should've been moved. He did a good job on the rollers. He was pretty professional in it and did the job pretty quick.

I'm satisfied with the work that was done. They pointed out the fact that it would probably be quieter with a different opener. They also mentioned that our current opener had a tendency to grease up, clog up, and be noisy.

They were fine, although I had to have them come back out to fix something.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Door Pros. The guy was okay, and he didn't charge me when I asked them to come back. I wasn't disappointed in the work he has done.

The guy that came out was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers with nylon rollers, and he lubricated all the moving joints of the garage door. It was MUCH more quiet while opening and closing, and I was very happy with the results. To address the other problem, he said that he adjusted the door so that it would not automatically open again upon reaching the ground, but that week, the problem persisted. So I called Door Pros again, and they sent the same guy back to do further adjustment. Even then, however, the door would re-open 75% of the time. So I gave up with Door Pros. Weeks later, I had Carmichael Overhead Door here to install a garage door on a newly built garage on our property, and while they were here, I asked them to take a look at the other door that would keep opening. In about 5 minutes, the problem was fixed, and it hasn't happened since.

We took advantage of the Angie's deal to have a new garage door opener installed. We knew the springs probably needed to be replaced also, and the installer was able to do that at the same time (although we did not notify them in advance this might be an issue). We received a call before the arrival window asking if it was OK if the installer was a little later than the window due to time at the jobs before us. The installer did actually arrive within the window time and completed the (expanded) job in a couple of hours. We were very impressed with the customer service, professionalism of the installer and excellence of the work. The opener that was advertised in the deal is a top of the line opener. We would definitely use Door Pros again and highly recommend them.
