We purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. They came out selling other products, and I don't like that. They wanted to replace springs and that, and I went ahead and did that, so I paid extra for those.

Fit me in ahead of schedule due to garage door not working. Arrived on time and completed the work in good fashion.

You double billed me for the service. I just checked my Visa bill. I want a refund. I am not happy about this experience.

It turned out perfect. The guy was right on time. It didn't take him very long. We love the product. They were really courteous, nice, and helpful. They got in and out, did his job, and it was great. We're happy. It seems like a pretty good deal for what they did. The technician, Gustavo, was really great. I always feel comfortable with him working in my house anytime.

I purchased the opener through Angie's List for approximately 1/2 price. My garage door was having problems staying open, I'd have to open it several times before it stayed open. I didn't hear from them right away after I purchased the opener so, I called them and was advised they would be at my house the next morning. I told them that I also wanted to inquire about a new door so, was expecting a consult prior to the installation of the new opener. They showed up promptly the next morning and we confirmed that we also wanted to purchase a new door. The following morning, as promised, they arrived with the new door and opener. Job well done!

Company was prompt and efficient at replacing the rollaers for my garage door. They also lubed all moving parts and completed the job in a timely manner.

We were in a bind. Called up Door Pros that Monday morning right when they opened and they were at our house a couple hours later and fixed our garage. Garage needed to be repositioned, rails needed to be reset, got new wheels and springs and the cable put back on the pulley.

The representative from Door Pros arrived on-time and was both courteous and professional throughout the door installation process. He answered questions and provided me with some suggestions for improving the use of the garage door technologies.

The technician was very professional and timely. The only problem was that the technician connected the door power to a light switch and so we needed to turn on the light inside the house for the opener to work. Fine when we were leaving but coming home meant we needed to leave the light on, etc. We had an electrician coming to the house the next week and he fixed the problem in about 2 minutes so it was REALLY NO BIG DEAL. The door works great and we would definitely hire this company again.

Everything was great. This serviceman has worked for me before and I trust his work. He answered any questions that I had and made sure I was satisfied with what was installed. I mentioned some extras that I might be entitled to from the Angie's list coupon and he made sure to call the office and double-check all the details and then gave me everything I expected and more. This company stands by it's word and it's sad that that is becoming hard to find lately. I am completely satisfied. You can barely hear this opener!

Installer on time, very helpful and efficient, took a little over an hour. Since our van is a bit older, we needed an extra part to get opener to work. He installed it (extra $30) and tested, works fine now. Overall very satisfied.

The product quality is excellent, as well as their installation. The new opener is very quiet, and has modern safety features that my prior opener did not have.

It was perfect. The door opener is much quieter than the one we had before and it was done very professionally. We used the deal within a month or so and they did it very quickly, so it was in two or three weeks. In fact they came in and the person already had all the materials available for the installation and the motor. This was a one trip deal and it wasn't multiple trips. He came in for the tune-up and he got all the materials and the equipment ready to go. I was very impressed by it.

Prompt arrival, smooth install, well-working system. This system is super quiet! Installer was very knowledgeable and personable, explained all the functionality before he left (very nice system). The installed cost matched cost of parts from all other sources - a very good deal! If you don't work with garage doors routinely, this install could result in some costly mistakes. Go with the pros, you can't beat the deal.

The company called within a day, scheduled the appointment to our convenience, and handled all in very friendly fashion. The following week, the installer showed up on time, worked cleanly and efficiently, asked the right questions, didn't try and sell me more services, and performed the work. He was friendly, competent and thorough. Although I had failed to read the small print, when the installed arrived, I realized he had a chain drive LIftmaster instead of the belt drive I was expecting. The garage is pretty distant from our house, so quiet function isn't all that critical. Nevertheless, this chain-drive machine is MUCH quieter than our other, older belt-drive machine. It is absolutely excellent, and I will buy this device again to replace our other, 20-year-old opener when it fails. I am so impressed. I'm very happy with Door Pros. They exemplify exactly what you want in a contractor or supplier. Highly recommended.

They came out and replaced some rollers as well as doing some additional work. There were some errors in the initial job, but he did come out to correct the mistakes. Overall, it was a good experience.
