I went with Sky Remodeling on ADU Garage Conversion. My neighbor recommended this contractor, he had a great experience with them on a similar project. They also gave me a good offer, I knw because I contacted several other contractors. The project started soon after we signed a contract and project manager and his team were very easy to work with. The communication was great, they were honest and did everything as they said at the start. The project was finished in a timely manner and costs were within my budget. The final product is excellent, great job! I would definitely recommend Sky Remodeling to anyone who need a similar project!

Not at all!

At first they were great but things got bad gradually. Everyday there was some kind of problem, and it took all my time, money, and happiness. The surface of the pool is badly stained; they must have used inferior material. The pool plumbing is a mess, installed wrong with too many twists and turns, so it takes several minutes for the filter to power-up, for suction to build. It took an entire year and I was on the phone to them every day. The workmen were late or failed to show, sometimes for weeks! I'm very ill and my husband had a stroke, we had no knowledge of Angie's List, no close friends or capable family members to help or advise. I hired these guys before I heard of Angie's List and wish I'd never heard of them I would have to call them back again and again because they missed replacing some damaged wood, or painted sloppy. I had the company owner here to try and work out these problems. Please please don't ever use them! I have forgotten a lot - I nearly lost my mind dealing with them. I have asked for a final accounting of what the different various services cost for my file, bu they have not responded. I personally liked most of the people from the company, but I will never use them again!

Kobi and his crew are aggressors and will push to get you to hire them. They came yesterday to give us an estimate. After an hour long presentation with Kobi showing me videos on his iPad and other stuff, he finally gave me a price which was ridiculous! During the estimate I specifically told him that I would need to wait for my boss's approval in order to perform work. He disregarded that. I finally got an answer from my boss the next day and immediately called Kobi but it went to voicemail. Next thing you know, Kobi's at the front door with materials and handymen ready to work. NO ONE APPROVED THE QUOTE YET!! Of course he played dumb and even got an attitude with me asking why I didn't call him yesterday. I told him politely how my boss did not get an answer until a few minutes ago. He still was upset! He demanded that I return his folder with papers he used for his long presentation. We did and proceeded with the work day. BUT we get another call later that evening from a different worker for the same company. It was a nightmare! He tries to force you to hire him. He tried to make me feel bad by saying "Oh well I'm already here outside your boss's house and I have 2 contractors here ready to work..." It was horrible and I would never recommend them to anyone.

They still have not stopped calling!
