After a debacle using a termite treatment company to repair termite damaged wood on my home, I was really depressed. The experience with James White restored my faith in US craftsmanship and customer service.

The best price , the best job, 3 year warranty, and offered to return to correct anything if it wasn't to our satisfaction.. 100% satisfied. I’m happy to recommend this company. Before I could call any of the 4 companies recommended by HA, I got a call from James. He stopped by next day early, I was impressed with his professional attitude and his quote. Knowing I should get other bids, I felt so comfortable with James that I got a gut feeling that he was the right choice, I didn’t hesitate and accepted his offer. His team was highly skilled and meticulous to make sure everything was covered that was not to be painted. James did a walk around with me the day after painting and without hesitation offered to deduct an amount from total cost when a few minor items that were damaged in process were pointed out. He offered before I could ask, a true professional and person who understands customer service. He offered to send folks by to touch up any areas that might get bumped as well as any bumps that might occur in an upcoming window replacement. Highly recommended by this happy customer.

They actually show up a bit earlier than expected. ( I guess better than being late) Did excellent work but had to ask them to move some materials so not to damage the new lawn that I just had finished. But happy with the work at a great price.

Quick response! And they told me my house (outside) would be painted in 2 days! And it was! The crew was great. These guys are amazing. James was a pleasure to talk with on the phone and John came out gave me a quote and told me when it would be done. True to their word! John also let me know that certain things were unnecessary. Honest company! My house looks fantastic! Thanks boys! I will be calling soon for the inside.

These workers were great. Very professional. Cleaned up everything as if no workers had been here. Would definitely hire them again. Painted repaired and replaced wood on exterior. Painted living room high rise ceiling.

James White was very prompt in getting in touch with us. He came out for an estimate and we were able to schedule the job within three days. His crew did a great job on our rear painting project and replacement of wooden pillars for our patio cover.

We found this contractor after going through a con man who took us for our deposit money and another painting company that nickel and dimed my neighbor to the tune of $1500 over his original quote! I told James that I would be a little gun shy after going through all of this but he did not let me down! Out of all the quotes that I had heard, his quote was the most reasonable and did so much more than what he quoted me.we had some eaves work that needed to be done including a little bit of roofing repair and his guys handled it like pros! I would recommend him to anyone who asks me and very satisfied with the job that he did!

First class job from the start, Estimate was prepared within 24hrs of initial request, assisted me throughout the selection process with the appropriate color scheme, I own the property and am a long distance landlord and needed to coordinate with the CC & Rs for the correct colors. When the crew showed up they performed flawlessly and completed the job in one day, they took extra care to cover the surrounding area and vehicles so as to not impact the neighbors with any overspray. The finished job looks great, my tenant was also pleased with how fast the job was done. I will be using John & James White for all my painting needs going forward, their Customer Service is top notch and they are a pleasure to do business with!

My only critique is they dumped the diluted paint in the flower beds.

The crew left a bit of a mess when they left. They also caused a problem with my TV dish after reinstalling it to paint behind it. The direct TV does not work at this time and I will have to pay to have the dish re=aligned or repaired. The front and rear yards had a lot of debris in the lawn which I have since cleaned up. They did the complete job in 1 day which was impressive.

I appreciated that James was so prompt and explained everything. These guys are not fly by night house painters but professionals.
