Overall great experience. There was some miss Communication in the beginning but that was resolved. Over all a great, clean, honest crew.

James contacted me immediately and came out the very next day . I told him what I wanted done and he made some very good recommendations. His employees were prompt and polite. They worked well as a team and completed the job quickly. James quote was very reasonable including painting of the house , walls and wrought iron. I would highly recommend his company.

James White was warm, courteous, and informative in showing me color samples so that I could make an informed decision as to the colors to be used in painting the exterior of my home. His staff, who came early on the day of painting, were very experienced and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use James White again, should I need additional work be done.

They came each day on time, did an excellent job and were very courteous. The entire house was painted, as planned within 3 days and the crew cleaned up after the job was finished . I could not have chosen a better company to work with. I can only highly recommend them . They are worth the money!

It was good

Must say that this company's work was exceptional. Was told they would be there at 7 Am and the whole crew was there on the dot, went immediately to work with each person knowing his assigned job. It was truly impressive how this crew worked both singularly and together at the same time. As one was caulking, two others were covering all the bushes, windows, etc. with plastic while another was mixing the paint. Clearly understood how reasonable the price was given the efficiency with which they worked.

They were great - they were prompt and came when they said they would and finished on time - as I walked the job and found issues they corrected right away -I have already recommended them for another job

excellent Job

I'm not that easy to please but I was very happy with my experience with John and James White Inc. I'm a single dad and needed help in choosing colors and James gave me great advice. I particularly liked that they are paint contractors who carry their own liability insurance...peace of mind.

On time! That is very important to our family. Excellent customer service and a most professional team. They powerwashed on Thursday and finished on Friday...unbelievable! The cost was most competitive. We couldn't be more pleased with this company's service.

Anything we would ask them to do they would say no problem and do it. Great job we well use them again.

James White showed up on time for the free estimate; gave a reasonable quote to paint the whole house and fix all the damaged wood including the patio. His crew pressure washed the house the next day and finished the paint job in 1 day after. Very nice paint job and wood repair work too. It's a much better experience and result than the last paint guy I hired for about the same price.

Had some problems but they came and fixed it right away

James White was very professional and attentive to my needs. His team of painters were also very professional and they cleaned up after they finiahed. They completed the painting in 1 day. I am impressed and pleased with the work they completed. I would refer them to family and friends. I would use them again.

It only took 40 minutes for James White to pressure spray the outside of our house and garage. A few days later the crew came to do the prep work and they arrived at 6:45am and ended that day at around 4:30pm. James came out to make sure they were on task and were doing exactly what we wanted to have done. We haven't had our whole house exterior done in 25+ years. They sanded, repaired old wood, and replaced wood where needed. The following work day they came at 6:45am and ended at around 2:30pm. We were surprised how quick and efficient they were. It was done beautifully and the repairs were beyond what we expected. Don't let bad comments scare you away. We will definitely be having them back for future paint projects. They are fair, on-time and really listen to what we wanted to have done. This is a family-owned business and James White expects the job to be done right. Thank you James White and crew for making our home beautiful again!

Arrived on time with seven painters. Job was started at 6:45 am and was completed by 3:30 that afternoon. Very happy with price and workmenship.

This was a large job painting the exterior of 83 Town Homes in 15 buildings plus perimeter fencing and other misc small buildings. The job was done on time and on budget as promised. The painters were flexible when requested to make changes. Also, they were always courteous to the residents (no small feat). Cleanup was completed daily. Job well done!
