With the knowledge that we will need a new roof in the near future, Armen repaired and patched with quality materials and gave us the peace of mind that we will probably be all right for at least another year and a half. Arman installed an attic ladder for us, gave us a great price, did a great job, and was very quick. He worked with us on what to order, fixed the ladder when shipping had damaged it, shortened it when it was too long, and just generally made it go right.
