Joe does excellent work. Unfortunately, I have found that many private business owners over-price their work and are not willing to compromise their asking price. I felt fortunate that Joe and I could come to a reasonable price for his time and hard work. I will hire him again next year.

Residental cleaning for me. Joe was very courteous, on time and prices are reasonable. He did his work non stop, the windows were spotless in the end. He double checks after he is done to make sure before leaving.
