They were the fastest responding contractor I've dealt with since I bought my first home 2 months ago and they came all the way from Lodi to Pollock Pines. My tech,Jason,was all asses and elbows once he arrived. 1 hour done!

Technician was good for the installation, but was a bit rough handling the parts ( He threw the heavy torsion springs on the garage floor, instead of gently placing them on the floor)

Troy found the problem, which was the springs. Offered to try and make a temporary repair by tightening the springs, but I elected to have him replace them as they were over 15 yrs old. No up sell pressure, strickly my decision. Also had him remove and replace the main gear in the motor, also my decision, as it was showing signs of severe wear. The complete job was done in a very efficient and professional manner. Although the price was somewhat expensive, it wasn't unreasonable given the extent of the work that was done. Would definite use their services again, should the need arise. Your company is well represented by Troy's experience and professionalism.

They came out for a free quote, and was able to come earlier than scheduled. The girls in the offices called to see if it was ok first. He was very knowledgeable and was done 20 minutes later. I couldn't be happier he was able to save my 20 yr old door.

Troy was wonderful to work with. He arrived exactly on time, thoroughly evaluated the problem with the opener, made a valid recommendation, and did not try to oversell me. He worked diligently and efficiently, tested the new opener, and did a neat job securing all wires and cleaning up all packaging and old parts.
